We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

AustraliaUnfortunately we had building activities taking place when we were there so our balcony which had a view of the Matterhorn was not fully usable. Even with the doots closed the noise was still significant. This was just unfortunate and no fault of the hotel.
Everything was excellent especially the omelettes. As good as we have ever stayed at.

Very friendly staff and atmosphere. It is very much suitable for solo traveller. Enjoyed quality food and the brilliant live music at cozy bar after the long walk.

United StatesThe room got very warm at night. Even setting the max temperature on thermostat to 21 degrees C, the temperature would climb to 23 or 24 degrees at night which made it very hard to get a good nights rest.
The location is perfect, close by the main train station and a quick walk or bus ride to a number of ski lifts. The breakfast was delicious. The sauna and pools were nice to relax in after a long day of skiing. Staff were very friendly and professional.

We were so impressed with Resort La Ginabelle!! We went for a ski holiday and couldn’t recommend this place more. The location is perfect, close to town and the ski lifts. The facilities are excellent, the resort has everything you need: great views, lovely spa areas, great restaurants, wonderful piano bar with excellent music and the staff were always so warm and accommodating. We were blown away!

But I really have to mention the service at Ginabelle. The staff were friendly and genuinely would do anything to make you feel like royalty. Top class team. A stellar example about how to treat guests and make them feel a million dollars.

SwitzerlandEverything was fine about the hotel, however there were problems with the booking made on the website of the "Booiking.com", which should be better to write directly by e-mail (of course if it's possible) and don't post it on a public platform.
The room and the bathroom was very clean and the restaurant service (both breakfast and dinner) was excellent. The staff was helpful and kind, and we liked that the owner of the Hotel paid attetion to every table in the restaurant and kindly inquired about the satisfaction of the guests.

Clean modern room with a Matterhorn view from our balcony. Short Walk from Zermatt train station .Reception -Sabina/Sarina ? was always accomodating and helpful with any questions we had and arranged a free Zermatt taxi to the train station at checkout. A warm pool with snow surrounds - What dreams are made of !

First of all - the staff, these guys and girls are really making this place special. Service is top quality. Another good things - SPA area, outside pool, nice saunas, relaxing areas. Very good hotel's location, just few steps form the ski lift + from the bus stop which takes to yet another ski lift. Breakfast - one of the best I had, there is everything you can think of.. just great, really liked the reserved table which did not change for the whole stay.

RomaniaI've got the single room with a view on the street 1st floor ; the room was crowded with all kind of furniture: for a small room you dont need to have a big table, a desk, an arm-chair plus the wardrobe . Mattress and pillow a bit uncomfortable for my back, but I survived 4 days ; The hotel pretend to be a 4 stars hotel ( and maybe they are for other type of rooms) , but for the room I've paid ( single room with balcony) I've got the worst bathroom ever : small, very dark inside with no facilities - that cant be called 4* bathroom ; you cant properly shave bcz you cant see anything . I can't even imagine how a lady can makeup in that dark bathroom :-)

United KingdomThere was only one tiny discomfort. On the last day, we woke up early in the morning for someone was knocking on the door and asking us when we would check out, so the person could clean the room. Which is understandable, but the check out was until 11 and we had plenty of time.
Everything was great. I can highly recommend this place. The location was great, the staff were amazing and very friendly, the food was really good. I would definitely book this hotel again when we visit Zermatt next time.

United KingdomThe rooms were a little too warm for our liking. Even with the heating off and window open it was still very warm- this may just be personal preference though as we do prefer it a bit cooler. We only ate at the hotel restaurant once but it felt a little frantic. Staff were lovely but our drinks order got a bit confused between different people. Not a big issue but it definitely felt like they were a bit tight staffing wise.
Property is well located, close to town very clean and modern rooms. Great sized balcony and the bed was really comfortable! Breakfast was great selection wise and the Melted restaurant was delicious!! The spa and amenities were incredible, so much space and choice in the spa. The staff we spoke to were also really great. Everyone was very helpful and wanted to make sure everyone’s stay was perfect.

KuwaitI was not received by the hotel's free car to the train station upon entry, so I had to walk to the hotel. Note that I send a message to the residence with the arrival date The receptionist did not give me an upgrade to the other building worth 88 euros. She made it for me with the deposit invoice, as I objected to that. The bathroom fan is noisy.
Staff spaciousness. Especially those who check on guests returning from events in the evening and distribute chocolate.

Rooms were clean and well furnished. There was a hiccup with one of the toilets in our family room which we brought up to the hotel staff. The service recovery was good and the overall service in all parts of the hotel from breakfast to reception and porter and bar etc were very friendly and attentive. The food in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was of a good standard and a good spread. The spa area with the outdoor heated pool was really nice and relaxing and well maintained
