We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Hong KongExecutive Club was closed, so they use the Swiss Cafe instead (I wish they would have explained this at check-in). No drinks were offered apart from what the buffet provided (which was not re-stocked), wine and beer was non-existent and no staff on hand to assist. However the variety of food was plentiful. Shower in the room could have been cleaner, lots of black mould. They do not enforce the non smoking policy on designated floors, had to complain twice before the duty manager actually remediated the situation. Beds are definitely on the firm side, but this is typical in most china hotels.
Check-in staff speak reasonable english. Turndown service staff member was exceptional, very helpful and went above and beyond when I had a water leak issue due to a freak storm outside.

The location was so near to many things. English was not an issue - thankfully as our Chinese was pretty well non-existent. Unbelievable views and great food on 51st floor. Ended many days with a quiet drink in the bar on the 51st floor. All staff were lovely and helpful - particular thanks to Alex her served us on several nights - he makes a lovely margarita and went out of his way to please. Price was very good for the facilities and service provided.

NigeriaTelevision channels. Not designed for international visitors but local. Only about 3 or 4 out of 51 may appeal to the foreign guests. I guess there is not much they can do about this.
Loved both the buffet breakfast and dinner. You have to give it to William and his team - they want you to have a taste of every good food available (if possible). The front desk and concierge were very helpful in solving issues I needed to deal with such as transport, location of buildings where I needed to do one thing or another. Wifi was superb
