The only complaint: the air conditioning was turned off in our room during the day, so when we returned, it was quite hot. It was certainly better for energy efficiency, but we didn't expect it.

The food and drinks were terrific. The staff was wonderful! We got a special anniversary flower decoration in our room.

Too isolated for our taste, as there are not many in-site activities. Good for honeymooners and couples in general. Access to the seashore requires a 4x4 car; the hotel offers a payable taxi service, no shuttle.

The room lacked an iron, and some of clothes were wrinkled from traveling-having an iron in the room would have been nice, but certainly not a big issue. And I would imagine, that the staff would have provided one or even offered to iron my clothes had I asked.

The experience was excellent! The somewhat remote location was beautiful, and the staff could not have been nicer. We had breakfast and dinner, as well as cocktails, and here again, service was outstanding and food and drinks excellent. We did a massage service by the river, which was extremely relaxing. The hotel is very close to several waterfalls, which we visited. Pool was beautiful, and the soaking tub for our room was located outdoors, but secluded from view. A fantastic experience.

I would like to see all eco-properties install Toto Washlets. They are super hygienic and save tons of paper.

The staff was wonderful. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Andrea is a terrific bartender and a lovely person. Jose, one of the grounds keepers showed us some interesting animals.

Overall, amazing experience except for one small interaction with the evening desk associate on our second day.

Absolutely stunning property and fantastic staff. Special shout-out to Aaron, who made our visit even more special. He was extremely pleasant to deal with and we would return simply for the property and the staff. Extremely clean, the amenities in the room are beautiful touches and show how much the staff/management cares.

People were lovely, especially the guy working at the bar (always smiling, bringing a blanket as soon as he noticed my wife was a bit chilly in the evening, etc...), view was fantastic, hike to a waterfall is a must.

I was traveling for a month so I had a lot of bags. could have used more closet space and/or drawers to unpack.

every single staff member was phenomenal. there is access to a gorgeous river and waterfall which I went to everyday. outstanding all around. I will be back!!

The whole experience was amazing! The hotel is absolutely stunning, serene and overall relaxing vibes. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and fresh! Dinners too were top class. The hike on the property was so nice, we saw many animals during our stay. The massage area is beautiful and you may use it for yoga at certain hours, highly recommended! We had the suite which is on top of the restaurant. If you like complete quiet and privacy that might not be the room for you but for is it was no problem at all. It was a magical stay for us!

Absolutely nothing, our stay was perfect!

Wow! What can we say? Our stay at Oxygen was an absolute dream! This place is seriously special. If you are thinking of booking then do it! The view is unreal, the pool is beautiful, the food is amazing and the staff are just the best and go above and beyond. Special mention for Omar who looked after us so much and made the BEST cocktails. He made our stay extra extra special! Thank you to Emmanuel and the desk staff too for advice and helping us sort a much needed plug adapter! Honestly cannot fault this place, the perfect few days for the first part of our honeymoon!

The rooms and view are so beautiful photos can't do it justice. There are two waterfalls very close that are super private. The staff is beyond professional, kind and excited to make every detail perfect. This is a five star resort. It is AMAZING!

We Wish there was a small gym or yoga classes.

Beautiful location and views, chef and meals were amazing, rooms were spotless and very private, staff were super friendly and attentive, front desk helped us with transportation and a tour to Corcovado, and the location and service at the spa was perfect.
