Our room was N403. We ordered food and cocktails for lunch in the check in day. They was not good and tasty at all. On pool’s bar cocktails was not tasty as well, I had feeling like there was only water in it. So, we had to eat and drink somewhere else(

We have booked a room with a city view and the receptionist upgraded it to the sea view for free. The rooms next to the mini golf are very quiet and still with a sea view. Excellent location the hotel is on the beach. The food in the main restaurant is very delicious. Breakfast is a continental and the lunch/dinner each day is a different theme cuisine like asian, barbecue, Mexican or cypress traditional. The kids club offers various activities for the kids like yoga, darts, bowling, bijoux making, face painting and etc. Definitely recommend the hotel!

unfortunately I forgot my AirPods in the room after the checkout and when I called to ask for them it was not possible to find them initially they were located in the hotel afterwards outside the town it is a disappointing detail for what else wise was a very pleasant stay

the hotel and the staff were wonderful. the near by beach is also lovely for a walk. very good breakfast. would have loved to stay there longer and will definitely go there again when in Cyprus

Entertainment was a bit bland, I know it was ending season but it felt like the entertainment (singers or musicians) didn't want to be there and put no effort into entertaining the guests. It felt more like background music than geting the crowd involved. The only person who made an effort was the childrens Magician so kudos to him for even making the adults/guardians laugh. For a 4 star hotel I would of expected an Iron and Ironing board in the room and not relying on the avaibility of booking one through reception with a deposit.

Quiet Location and close proximity to beach front. Plenty of options internally for food. But at a €€€ price if your breakfast only. Food was plentiful if you had the buffet, and the waiting staff were very professional.

The breakfast options were exactly the same everyday so got a bit boring, even some different fruit choices would be good. There was no room service available which was quite disappointing.

Hotel is very clean and looked after. Rooms on 5th floor are lovely. There’s a beautiful beach just steps away and lots of sun beds to choose from. You don’t need to leave the hotel but if you wanted to visit the shops/bars they’re around a 20 min walk away. Spa is also very nice too.

No major things. However some minor issues: pool doesn't have the sun all day and the twin beds were uncomfortable.

The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is in a really good location, central to Protaras and also just far enough, to be quiet and relaxing. The pool is a highlight, the deep end is great of 3M. It is a well kept and well run hotel. The hotel is very clean and the Customer service is great. The manager was always present and making sure that the guests were having a nice time. Lovely hospitality. The breakfast was excellent, very fresh and nice.
