There was nothing that caught our attention or troubled us in this regard.

Location is ideal being within walking distance to the beach front, attractions and shops. It is possible to take a bus ride to the airport from just round the corner of the hotel too. The hotel is new, clean, spacious, well decorated and has all facilities for the price. The quality of breakfast ranks amongst the best we have had elsewhere although during the peak times it was evident that some standards were compromised. It would be fair to say that to maintain a high standard, it would depend on behaviours of the guests and so, it is not unique to this hotel. All staff went out of their way to be hospitable and professional.

The rooms were not totally soundproof, so there was some noise from the hallway and outside, but it wasn't too bad.

All of the staff were very friendly. I liked that my room had a small balcony. But my favorite thing about this hotel was the location near the sea. It was lovely to walk along the water and enjoy the restaurants with beautiful views.

Gym hours are from 10:00 to 19:00 - it would be great to keep it available during the evening. There is only one type of bread available during breakfast; it would be great to have a bread roll or something similar for those who don’t eat whole grain.

Hotel is very comfortable with pool, well equipped gym (although a barbell would be nice), bar and parking. Rooms are nicely furnished, with very comfortable beds. Pillows are soft and there are even robes and pool towels available in a room. Hotel is clean and smells nice. Breakfasts are tasty (fresh orange juice!).

Found broken glass under our bed

Great Breakfast, they gave me a free drink while i was waiting, cute small swimming pool. the only thing is that they let me wait for my room until the exact time of check-in. the hotel wasnt full.

We enjoyed our stay. I had read the comments about noise. With lots of tile floors , I guess it could be a problem. But in 1 week of nights we never had a problem with noise. We found the place very quiet. I guess most people know to shut their doors quietly and be respectful in a hotel. We had a suite which was a spacious one room. It was great for our one week stay. We loved walking along the ocean or to the old town for meals or just a stroll. The included breakfasts were great--served from 7-11, lots of selection, freshly squeezed OJ, omelettes made to order. Also liked the pool and that area. Staff was fabulous! They even sent us on our way with a boxed breakfast (ordered the night before) when we checked out before breakfast was served.

Parking can be a bit dodgy at times but not a deal breaker. Always managed a spot. And maybe the garbage collection should not be done at 3.30am with skip lids banging and a revving truck. But again. It's a TOP hotel.

Amazing facility. Super clean and modern. Staff are very helpful and polite. Breakfast is tops. And with coffee service and minibar fridge in the rooms. Our room was very spacious and well lit with a full length balconu. Best hotel I've been to for a long time.

The room was next to the elevator so it was pretty noisy. There were always lots of people throwing stuff or running, yelling and etc :D the female staff at the reception were not really pleasant ( I don't know why), while male staff were great and helpful.

The hotel is at a good location; The bus stop for Airport bus is almost in front of the hotel. The rooms were nice, clean, and big enough. Wifi signal was perfect. Breakfast was great

The hotel is spotless, the cleaning staff deserve special mention but all the staff are excellent! Breakfast is superb and location quiet but only perhaps 250/300 yards from the sea front
