How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Umbrella's where too small. Room was noisy being over bar area. Breakfast bread and rolls where terrible and breakfast in gereral was cold. Bathrooms are in need of updating.
The pool is excellant. The location is very well situated.

The hotel in general is outdated, huge question marks about the cleaning side, we even had to request to change our room multiple times due to lack of proper cleaning standards, the manager was nice enough to upgrade our booking but still the new room wasn't cleaned enough. The AC was smelly, the food was OK but not the best. The Internet was chargeable which is a bit strange policy in 2023.
We liked the pool, the entertainment team was trying their best to make the children happy, and the location of the premises. The staff were trying to give the service but I can say they may need a bit of more training specially on the cleaning side.

The food at dinner was unacceptable. We ate out every night after the first one as we agreed it was inedible. The staff in the dining area did not smile nor communicate with the holiday makers. I was even told by the manager to tell the staff there are no eggs as they are lazy and they should be there. On arrival we weren’t allowed to check in a moment before 2pm but wanted us the settle our bill over 24 hours before check out.
The property was convenient and it was good value for money for what you got.

The only thing that went wrong and really upset us Is that the check out was at 12 and when my husband went at 1030 to take the kid at the toilet, the maid put all our stuff in a black bag outside the door. That was a big X for us.
Everything was very nice very clean, the staff was friendly the beds were amazingly comfortable I would go there again forsure. Food excellent

Staff was ok, not all was friendly. Pool was very crowded and the water was warm, but luckily lovely beaches were available in walking distance or in a short drive.
The hotel was nice, room was good also, great choice of food, especially for breakfast.

I find it unacceptable in the year 2023 to pay extra for the Wi-Fi use. We didn't expect that from a 4-Star Hotel. It was a great disappointment since we use the Wi-Fi a lot.
The personnel was very kind! The Breakfast was perfect. The swimming pool and the environment around it was perfect.

Supposed is all inclusive hotel and they give you specific hours that you are allowed to get snacks....we ask for snacks in that period of time and they said the time is finished..!!😠😡😠

The staff are not polite or welcoming. When needed assistance they were not there. Stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and they didn’t bother to clean the room and when informed there was a cockroach outside in the hallway the cleaners were too scared and said to leave it there. Not the best experience.
It’s worth staying when you do all inclusive however if not to pay 1.60€ for a bottle of water with this heat is disgusting.

Did not meet the expectations of a 4star hotel. Some of the linens were old and damaged, there was no available coffee during the evening, the bracelet used indicating full inclusive could not be taken out and if damaged/lost I had to pay for another one, 2 people entered my room while I was sleeping etc.
Good and pleasant staff. I had a check-out at 12:00 but allowed me to have lunch with the full inclusive package I had.

In my opinion I believe that the wifi should have be given for free. The other thing is that while still eating and didn't finish and went to get something , realised that our plates were taken by the waiters.
All was as I expected . Reception, food, pool, staff. Well done!!

The sweets are terrible..🤦🏼♀️you can’t eat that things..and the room was noisy..un top of The restaurant..you hear all the chairs and chaos..the hair dryer was broken..
