Although I am a foreigner and this was in my favour, it was a bit strange that the staff do not speak Czech. We saw multiple visitors coming to check-in and initiating the conversation in Czech but the Spanish-speaking staff (who were just to mention, very kind and friendly) spoke maybe three words of Czech and immediately encouraged any visitors to switch to English. Another thing which was a bit disappointing was the fact that after 22:00 the doors (both outside to enter hotel and interior to reach the room) were locked, apparently for "security reasons" or so we heard. I mean, the key cards that we had to just touch and unlock the doors did not work - for anyone. I thought that was the main point of them, that door is locked, unless you're a guest. But even guests had to knock loudly on the door until someone from reception came over and opened. People kept walking in and out for drinks and sightseeing and staff had to keep running around to open/close the doors which was super weird. Our key cards were basically just to open our own room and not the hotel... Imagine you got a key which did not work for security reasons - does not make sense to me.

The room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable. Location is great and has good connections via public transport. Inside the bathroom was a heater that you can use to dry your towels and clothes. Building itself is very pretty and the area is quiet. Upon checking-in we received a couple of vouchers for a free drink at the bar which was super nice.

Low degree of sound insulation in the rooms. On our night there were very noisy neighbors on the floor who slammed doors and argued in the hallway all the time, the night was sleepless. It was also smoky in the hallway. The hotel workers called the police, I hope they were able to solve this problem.

The hotel is located near a tram stop. Clean, tidy, great rooms. You can order an additional breakfast of your choice. All the staff are very friendly and nice. I really liked that they give you coffee or beer as a gift, thank you, that’s very nice!

The hotel is in a quiet street and only a short couple of stops into centre of town on the tram. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable.

Not visible on first sight from the street, I don't think I saw any sign or banner. Room was uncomfortably cold on arrival, heating was turned off. Breakfast is available for a free, but no vegan options :/. Encountered some issues during the check-out process.

Proximity to Cimrman Theatre made for delightful evenings. Enjoyed a complimentary drink thanks to a provided voucher. Receptionist was helpful and courteous. Bed was comfy and rooms were spacious enough to relax.

The parking space in the garage is very small, not easy to get in and out.

The parking place is really small (underground garage) so as long as you don't have a small car (a small hatchback) you better park on the street (which is for free over the weekend)

The location is very good taking into account the price (the old town is around 30 minutes walking distance). The staff was nice and helpful.

Only small issue, I think the cleaning staff forgot to change the plastic bag of the trash as we found 2 empty bottles in it, upon our arrival which was strange. For the rest the cleaning was ok.

We had a great night there, the staff are amazing and very available. They gave us vouchers for hot drink in the morning that we appreciated. The room had a lot of space with a private corridor. I raccomand this place.

On the last day they didn't change the towels, they just put a wet one on the toilet lid. Ay yay yay. If it wasn't for that, it would have been 100 out of 100.

A quiet place in Prague. The room has all amenities. Very professional reception staff. You can have breakfast for only 5 euros per person. Close to train and bus stations. There are restaurants, transportation and supermarket around. Everything we expected - we got. My recommendation for this place 100%
