Just getting into the first door with the code on the first night. The instructions were well written for the entry process, but I couldn't get the code downstairs to open the door and wondered whether there was an "enter" key that I didn't know about.

Crowds made it annoying coming and going. No mini fridge. The now very common “we quote in euros but charge in Crowns at an arbitrary rate we pick” basically a hidden 10-15% markup.

We stayed over the weekend so it was noisy from venues downstairs. We were given ear plugs and an eye mask so didn’t really affect us but may not suit everyone.

It was a machine noise in the night, the room was outdated, a loot of doors to open after 19:00, a little bit difficult to access it.

The location is extremely central and among historical structures, the clock is 5 minutes away. Overall, the facilities were good in terms of value for money. The breakfast was very good.

Not being able to reach the room directly with an elevator can be inconvenient, especially when traveling with heavy luggage

The location is extremely central and among historical structures. Its proximity to tourist attractions is also good. There might be an elevator problem for accessing rooms initially, and you may need to use stairs for part of your way. Overall, the facilities were good in terms of value for money.

I found the bedding situation a little uncomfortable. I thought the bed was too hard, the duvet too small to cover me as an average male, and the pillow too flat. My wife thought the opposite, so it's very opinion based. The windows looked into other rooms, which wouldn't be too bad if the curtains fully covered the whole window. Since they were too narrow, one had to pick a side of the window to be covered, which did not help with privacy or light control. Noise from the club downstairs and light from the narrow blinds made the provided earplugs, white noise fan, and eye mask essential to sleep.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room cleaner went above and beyond to take care of the space. The breakfast was varied and good, with a lot of proteins to get a good start to the day. Excellent location in the city in that you were only a few minutes walking to most of the major sites. With there being some noise from the neighborhood, the hotel offered individual ear plugs and sleep masks, which was needed and appreciated.

Great location for those who wish to walk around the center of Prague's key locations. It also has great access to transportation so it's possible to get around quite easily. The staff was always amicable and helpful. The facilities, room and breakfast area were always well-attended to and orderly. Would book again.

The rooms were quite hard to find at first (late check in) because the entrance to the rooms were located inside the breakfast area, maybe they should put more signs in the main entrance so people coming in would know.

It’s near tourist spots and metro station. The room was clean and they do room service everyday. Staffs were nice and polite. Breakfast was lovely too.

Very good location, in the old town centre, close to all major sights of Prague. Spacious and very clean rooms, friendly staff. Good and diversified breakfast. If we come back to Prague we will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was quite basic, it does the job but it can be better.

The location was more than perfect! Very central and very close to all the major points you would want to visit in Prague. The staff at the reception was extremely friendly as well and very helpful. The room was nicer than I expected and was very clean.
