Amazing hotel, the team here could not do enough for you. A warm welcome with information on the area, greeted with drinks and snacks when returning to the hotel. They provided a complementary lift to the Prague castle which was really appreciated. The breakfast was lovely lots of options and the hotel rooms were spotlessly clean.

The property is clean and comfortable. Room was excellent. We loved our stay! The staff is beyond measure- the kindest people and they will do just about anything for their guests. Fantastic all around!

Our home away from home was perfect and helped make our first visit to Prague truly special. The service was beyond anything we have ever experienced - special thanks to the owner, Frank and his team Lucie, Viktoria, Lukas, Stefan and other family & staff with spot on recommendations and unparalleled attentiveness, from a complimentary pickup from the train station to a welcome reception, a lovely breakfast, and drinks to wind down the day- offered from the heart with hard work & personalized attention to all their guests. The rooms were clean and comfortable…we could go on and on. We highly recommend this lovely hotel to everyone traveling to Prague.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Central, but on a quiet side street. Fabulous service from all of the wonderful staff.

Exceptionally customer-friendly, helpful, and hospitable staff. Prime location in the heart of Prague, close to great restaurants, pubs, clubs, and sightseeing hotspots; yet still quiet and far enough from the touristy fuss. A spacious, clean, and noise-free room with a nice view. Full of "being at home" vibes--getting surprised by an occasional gift, an advice, or a complimentary service at the front desk. A true gem!

We loved the place, the team and the special atmosphere. We will come back.

This hotel was awesome. Lucy, Victoria, Steve and the others were extremely attentive to every need, and the hospitality is beyond imagination. The location is perfect and prices are great. Anyone who comes to Prague should experience the extreme friendliness and care provided by this hotel.

The staff was so welcoming and offered drinks, recommendations, assistance in booking activities, etc. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The breakfast each morning was wonderful.

To be honest the bed wasn't very comfortable. But I didn't complain while we were staying - judging from the rest of our experience, they might have even offered to change rooms. Rated 10/10 anyway since everything else was perfect.

This hotel has an excellent location, the whole city is within walking distance and some of the best restaurants are just around the corner. Still they offered us a private ride to the castle, which saved us time. Agnes is one of the very few hotels in Prague city center that offers parking, which was helpful, but the most extraordinary thing about this establishment was the staff. Everyone was very warm, welcoming and helpful. It was a kind of hospitality experience I had forgotten about. Would recommend 100%.
