Clean, safe, 24 hr staffed access. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast good.

The rooms on the top floor (where I was) can get quite hot when it’s sunny. Airconditioning is a must, possibly you need to ask for a remote control of the airco at the reception.

The friendliness of the staff, in particular all those behind the reception, was exceptional. It made me feel very welcome.

It could be noisy at night if your room is facing the street side.

The characteristic features and the proximity of the location to the old city make the hotel very special. The beer and the food are also worthy of mention.

The welcome at the hotel was exceptional ***** from the reception staff to the guys serving food and beer in the restaurant. The food was brilliant particularly the pork knuckle. Great hospitality, great beers brewed on the premises and a brewery tour to boot. Fabulous hotel and I had great fun there.

Breakfast buffet is fantastic, so much choice! Location was fantastic, central to everything but just a little out of the way so it's not too noisy. All the staff were lovely, warm, welcoming and made our stay really pleasant. I'd definitely recommend and stay again.

We could have available in our room the beer extract products that are sell in the store: champoo, skin care, etc

The lift doesn't go to the top floor, so some steep steps - OK for me, but not for everyone!

The hotel is not a fancy hotel, but it had nice atmosphere. I was concerned there might be a rowdy crowd, but not the case. The guests were all lovely.

The room was a good size. The breakfast was wonderful. I liked the cappuccino machine. The staff was lovely. The bathroom was modern with a large tub. The location was near most everything.

Not much, but did really miss a electric kettle so I could make a cup of instant coffee and the breakfast was without plantbased options.

Very nice hotel, was perfectly located both in the city and near a metro, which connected to the airport shuttlebus. Staff was very polite and spoke excellent english. Room was clean and lovely

Absolutely fabulous for us. Hotel was placed perfectly so you could access the river, Old Town and New town easily. The staff were really friendly and our room was great. Fabulous shower. Breakfast was a real treat! Nothing could have been missing from that selection- delicious! We ate several times in the pub downstairs too. Perfect for us 😀

Very tasty breakfasts, large selection of dishes. Excellent location of the facility for those visiting Prague. The property has a restaurant with its own Brewery and a rich culinary tradition. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

The bed was really big and comfy but the pillows were not great for me, the room would also benefit from black out curtains.

The hotel was great and the location perfect. We booked a beer room which has a copper bathtub in the room with a beer tap with 5L of beer per day included in the room price, this was a great fun and something unique we have never done before. I had booked our stay as a birthday present so this made it the perfect gift

I would really appreciated a pair of indoor slippers.

Location was great. Breakfast was great. But the staff was the best. They were helpful and caring. I also loved the tranquility at all areas of the hotel.
