The cleanliness was okay but could have been better (the floors and corners had some lint/ dirt). One of us had cereals with milk for breakfast and discovered shortly after that the milk had gone bad. But it all made it out alright before we had to check out...

I reserved two rooms: a single and a family room. The single room was rather small but sufficient. The family room had three beds and a little bathroom. For me it was a little cramped due to too many furniture but it was alright for one night. We were warm and comfortable. The curtains blocked the early light quite good and so we slept restful. The staff was friendly and attentive. Nothing to complain there.

Asking 35 euro to open an armchair bed for our child and give us extra lining seems to me unreasonable. In the end we decided to sleep together in the double bed to avoid the extra charge. Note that the child was included in the search and booking done via booking.com.

Spacious, clean and nice room not facing the main road, so very quiet. Quick check in and check out process. Good WiFi.

Very rude unwelcome staff /manager Who was there to check us in , then where no where to be found after that they had the money and didn’t care any more . . There was no one to ask where we could get a drink or something to eat nothing in the room either . . After 7 hours driving we were ready for a hot drink . We had to go out and find out where to go . The Tv wasn’t working at 7pm I went to the reception and rang the bell 6 times but no one came the reception is supposed to be open from 4pm till 10pm . . Breakfast was very minimal and when we left the girl just took the key & said bye. When I got home I found I had left my cardigan in the cupboard. When I phoned the next day at 4.30pm I was told to call back at 10pm when his girl was in !!! I asked if he could go up to the room to look . On the first floor . He said he couldn’t !!! I called again at 7.pm to ask if he could take a-look in the room . He told me there’s guests in the room , I said I hope they don’t take my cardigan ,then he said no the room is clean. ???? He told me to call back the next day at 4pm. I asked if he could just take a-look for me he very Rudy grunted swore and put the phone down. No way will we recommend this Hotel to anyone . Not welcoming. Very rude . All they want is your money and at €119 one night for 2 adults in December is is not worth a penny .

receptionist did neither spoke German nor English and needed to call boss 2 times to answer basic questions like: was the invoice paid in advance and when is latest checkout

the toilet was’t clean the pee of the latest guest was still in it. the bin had still their refuse in it, there were plucks of animal hairs on the floor of the bedroom and there had not been dusted for while. some of the buns for breakfast were not fresh, hard and dry as anything and the servings of butter were over date.

Room had clearly been smoked in, pillow absolutely stank and spoiled the stay for me

Room was large had everything you need and wasn't far from the autobahn for the Brenner pass. Breakfast was adequate.
