Room cleaning is not done even though I stayed for 4 nights. The rates were higher than normal due to a large event at Europapark. Paid Breakfast is a 10-minute walk away, but there are other options available 5 minutes from the apartment.

Located at a 10-minute walk from the Europapark in the small village of Rust, everything is at walking distance. The apartment is comfortable for two with a well-stocked kitchen. A bottle of water was provided on the day of check-in, but not on further days. The bathroom fittings and hot water were good. I recommend this apartment.

The location is great. Just 5 minute walk to Europa park. The apartment is very speciose and very clean. The wifi signal was excellent. The late check-in was easy as so the communication with Mel. They left us some complimentary coffee/tea and water. The apartment is equipped with all you need. Over all very good experience.

- no one at the reception (had to wait 10 minutes after arriving for someone to show up, no one at reception when checking out - left keys in room) - we had the apartment with double bed, bunk bed and sofa beds & the main bedroom (double bed + bunk beds) windows are directly by the outdoor smoking area. this was quite unfortunate in the morning since we sleep with the windows open and it smelled like a smoking pub in our room. - double bed wasn’t the most comfortable since it’s two mattresses so you have a gap in the middle of the bed and one of the mattresses seemed to be quite used.

Booked for 8 people, confirmed for 8 people, discovered at checkin that only 7 beds are prepared, told it, but nobody came to even bring some other bedsheets for the 8th bed for the 1st night, had to sleep without sheets in a scratchy uncomfortable sofa-bed!! (Little compensation was arranged) Only 5 bowls, 6 spoons, (...) for a place supposed to accommodate up to 9 people, it is not ok. When I checked the numbers of dishes during checkin, the rude guy told me I should check this later... (when he is gone?), but finally he brought the asked ones. Some scissors could be useful in the equipment. Universal plug adapter would be awesome. The dishwasher was broken-down. Only one shower for 9 potential beds. Also not enough chairs around the table for 9. If there is light in the bathroom, it makes light in the room beside, because of a window in between. Poor design.

The volumes of the apartment, the cleanliness, the available coffee, the global aspect, the good blinds. Provided bath linen. 10 minutes walk from Europapark main entrance. Parking. Easy checkout.

The cleanliness was beyond exceptional... even the dishes sparkled. There was easy parking and the location was less than 1.5 kms from Europapark, which is what we went for. We'll definitely go back.

Good sleep at night might be sometimes challenging due to all the pillows are very uncomfortable (thin and uneven) and some neighbors (tourists) can be pretty loud at night - talking and laughing till very late in the night (2:00 am). If you sleep with open windows (which is a must during hot summer days) you basically hear every word from other apartments, people from the opposite house and everyone passing by on the street. But, of course, excepting changing pillows, this is something the host can’t control and do anything about. Besides this, all was great and we liked our stay.

Great value for money. The apartment is perfectly clean and has enough space for up to 6 adults + baby in a baby cot. The location is super too - few minutes driving by car to Europa Park and Rulantica, walking distance is fine too. The host is very friendly, supportive and competent, answers immediately. Express check-in and contactless check-out, good comfortable mattresses, equipped kitchen, enough towels, free bottle of cool water, strong Wi-Fi signal, clear instructions. We recommend.

It was very very hot. Air conditioning would be a great addition to these properties when you have 35-40c temperatures in the day and 25-30 at night. It was too hot to sleep. Fans are provided but noisy. Also, would be a great addition to have laundry facilities. We were going through 2 or 3 sets of clothes a day. A means to clean them would be ideal.

Apartment was spacious with one double room, one double with bunks and a bed in the main living area. There was plenty of cupboard space. A very well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.

You wouldn't use this apartment to spend lots of time in as the main bed is in the lounge so you only have a dining table to sit at but that was fine for us as we were leaving early every day to visit Europa park and Rulantica.

5 minutes walk from Europa Park. Perfect apartment for a base. All very clean apart from under our bed!

No cooling system - even fans - a visit in summers won’t be a good idea if fans are not arranged.
