When I booked the room I had to provide the age of my two children (teenagers). I specifically looked for a room with three beds. Upon arrival I was told that I supposedly didn’t provide the age of my younger child, which I couldn’t have booked without. At the end we slept all three in a big bed. It was very hot in the room without A/C. Overall not our best hotel experience.

they do not provide shampoo or soap for the shower at 9am someone knocked the door twice, just to check if there were somebody in the room. i was sleeping!! i asked for a breakfast, apparently they serve it in the room, but i waited after checkout and it never arrived at 11am there was nobody in reception i had to leave the keys in the room to checkout

The room I slept in has the private bath outside; nevertheless I was aware of that upon my booking, so no bad surprise. For just one night this is not a so huge issue, but walking through the common space in sleeping dress could be uncomfortable.

The hotel is located close to the center of the city. There is a free parking at 300 mts from the hotel, it is not so near but it's quite large and you can find a parking slot anywhere and anytime. There could be a small fridge in the room. WILAN was not reliable. It would be a good idea to inform the people who are staying there on Friday that it’s really noisy till 3am, as there are bars and pubs all around.

The room is big and empty, the floor are naked only parquet, no sleepers, no carpet, the seats are not comfortable, the bed is huge and have 2 mattresses which is really uncomfortable. Tv channels are limited and screen is so small Anyways location is perfect but the facility need to be redesign and more attention about furniture and cleaning . The price is really high for such place without elevator and a room without any carpet…

No instructions as to how to log in to the hotel's wifi, which is password-protected. There is a city-wide, municipal wifi service which is available for six hours for free.

The hotel is very well-located in central Rosenheim, a lovely mid-sized city half-way between Munich and Salzburg. My room was a comfortable single-occupancy room with the odd addition of a separate, private bathroom two doors and about 10 yards (or meters) away from the bedroom operated with the same key. The breakfast was well worth the 12 euros extra as the room was a great value. Many sights and lots of dining options nearby.

There was no front desk staff available and I had to check out a few days early but couldn't ask for an adjustment in fees paid. The sheets were musty/dirty smelling. There was no air conditioning and the room was uncomfortably hot. There was no cleaning done at all during the time that I stayed there.

The breakfast was good. The owner allowed me to check in early given that I had just arrived froma very long trip from the USA. The location was really good.

Never book a room here! The hotel is above a brewery which has house music on till 4 in the morning. It sound throughout the whole hotel. An employee told us: that is was illegal. We called the owner of the hotel. He wouldn't help, or talk to us, wouldn't call the police due to extreme loud music. Wouldn't call the brewery and hang up the phone. In the morning after 3 hours of sleep we got a small breakfast for free. But we asked an room for free because we didn't sleep with 4 persons for the whole night. No respons at all! Very anti social owners. Don't ever go up there. It seems it is a problem which is often the case..loud music through the night!

we arrived late, the reception was closed (we left in the morning when the reception was still closed). we did not receive the room we had booked which was supposed to have an extra large double bed, instead we had a regular sized double bed with only ONE small blanket. we were 2 adults and one toddler. so the night was rather uncomfortable. there was also only one towel. I wrote the hotel and also tried to call but no one picked up and my message were never answered, not even the next day. I contacted booking.com and the property told them that we could have contacted them and that we did get the room we booked. they were not willing to admit any mistake on their side nor did the want to compensate us. I find it especially upsetting since the contact via phone before our arrival had been so friendly and helpful. never again.

the hotel is right in the center, parking can be found free of charge 5 minutes walk away. the room was clean. the communication with the hotel BEFORE arrival was friendly.

Very noisy, public areas not very clean, very basic rooms!!

Basically like a hostel not a guest house. There was a horrible smell of off milk/sick in the stairwell when we arrived which put us off. Room was ok but like you’d find in a youth hostel/student accommodation. Our bathroom was ensuite and was ok. You could hear every noise in the buiIding! Fortunately when we were there the place was pretty empty but even then people talking in the stair well disturbed us and you could hear noises from the room above. Basically you can’t sleep until everyone is settled in the building. Fortunately the night club other reviews mentioned seems to have closed down. We only stayed 2 nights and were out most of that time, otherwise we’d have left this place. We did not have breakfast there - didn’t fancy it given the rest of our sense of the place.

There is a bar downstairs (not part of the hotel) with LOUD bass music playing until deep in the night. Even with earplugs in I could still feel and hear the thumping bass. An absolute nightmare!
