Parking was very restricted for a larger vehicle. The hotel is undergoing renovation so there was no restaurant or breakfast offered.

The room was small but comfortable. The bed was very comfy! Location for getting to the airport is ideal.

The only issue is that my neighbors were too noisy opening and closing the door (really slam it hard) all day but that's something that the hotel can't really control

Is really near to the airport but that doesn't mean that the airplanes noise is an issue, you can really sleep well. We went in a season where the restaurant was under construction so we didn't get the chance to take the breakfast but the hotel offers you some free snacks to compensate it, which I found very useful specially when your flight is early in the morning and you don't have time to eat something in a couple of hours

Slightly expensive for what you get. I can hear water moving through the pipes when someone is showering. Shower water doesn't get hot at peak hours, but still warm. The bed is a bit hard

Apart from food not being served at the time, which is a temporary situation, there was nothing that I did not like. Gach uile rud go deas!

The location of the hotel is excellent regarding the airport - it is just a walk of less than 15 minutes. At this time there wasn't a breakfast served or other food available as the hotel is being refurbished, but apart from that, snacks and tea/coffee were available near the reception.

Gentleman that works the reception could be less arrogant and condescending, but nonetheless did what you would expect from someone at this job.

Nice clean rooms. Very close to the airport, one can easily walk to and from. They had tea and coffee always available and croissants in the morning. They have construction going on, so breakfast room is not available. No noise was heard due to the construction works.

I was told it was500m from airport. It was 1.2 m It was being refurbished. Smelly, noisy, no breakfast. Staff unpleasant. No coffee one morning

The heater is connected to a central heating, it was almost impossible to breathe so high it was temperature and we couldn’t lower it. We had to sleep with a window open listening to the cars and ambulances passing by so not a good night of sleep. The reception flow is a construction sight, there’s no food, no snack machine and no place to sit. There’s a coffee machine available and some croissants for breakfast that you will need to eat standing. For this reasons I found the place too expensive, is better to stay in the motel next to it.

It was very clean and new. Very comfortable bed. Rooms are small but perfect for a night. Close to the airport.

There was no mention whatsoever in the booking that there was a renovation in place and no breakfast during that. The staff weren't especially friendly whilst checking in. The room's air conditioning was locked and couldn't be adjusted.

The rooms were decent and quite silent even though there was lots of traffic throughout the night.

The location of the hotel, the proximity to the airport is the key advantage. I liked a lot as well that I could enjoy a hot tea at my arrival at night and a delicious apple. The room is small, but comfortable and very clean. I enjoyed the staying at B&B and I would return.

It's just decorated, every thing is new and clean. And it's not far away from the Hamburg airport, You can walk to there even. People there is nice. I will choose them next time if have chance to Hamburg again.

I liked everything.

It was very clean, I had all I needed and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet. Personnel was available and kind.
