If there were more breakfast options available, it would be nice to have that clearly advertised.

Room was very spacious and nice, Hotel had a lovely warm, traditional atmosphere. The breakfast is nice, although there only seemed to be continental options. Evening meal in the Restaurant was phenomenal!

I was satisfied with the hotel and the room. But, why I was extremly satisfied, it was the employees attitude and hospitality who prepared us a late breakfast, even if we arrived at midday. Furthermore felxibility and kindness of the reception's staff was also outstanding. Thank you!

Rooms are small. Efficiently laid out, so everything 'worked' but nothing spare. Not Yoga compatible ;-) Automated checkin being introduced, but still not fault-free. On-hand staff quickly/conveniently got me checked in.

Clean, efficient-layout room, quiet. Short walk or scooter from Messe Convention center. "traditional" feel in a community, not corporate. Restraunt was very nice, traditional food - tasty.

This isn't even related to the actual stay, but I got the same message about checking in from the hotel over a dozen times.

I mainly booked this hotel because of the location, close to Messe München and to an S-Bahn station. The area is pretty and peaceful, saw a bunch of squirrels nearby. The room was nice too.

No mini fridge to keep food and drinks cool. The bathroom is a bit too small.

The property was very clean, it was nice and comfortable. Perfect for couples to stay for a few nights. The area is very quiet and safe too, it’s far from Munich but there’s a train station nearby. The staff are very friendly and the restaurant is fantastic.

Hardly a big deal, and not something you can change, but the bathrooms are tiny. Anytime I had to drop a deuce, I used the communal ones in the main building, just so I could breathe. But like I said, not the end of the world.

The breakfast was 10 out of 10 and the restaurant was so good we ate there every single night. Even on New Year's Eve. Giuseppe, the waiter at the restaurant, was second to none - whatever you're paying him, double it. The chefs, unlike pretty much every chef I've ever met, were warm, personable and welcoming

I was extremely shocked when I started to notice that the housekeeping service was not good at all, everyday I noticed something different, the second day of my stay (after the first cleaning) I noticed that they didn’t cleaned properly the bathroom, it had drops of pee on the bottom cover, that means that they didn’t even check them both, then on the fourth day (because they only clean every 2 days) they didn’t replace the coffee on the room and they left the dirty cups of out breakfast in there, why not replace them? And finally that same night I spilled some drops of coffee on the sheet of my bed, the next day they changed it… for a sheet full of orange drops! It was gross, I prefer to tell this so the hotel management can reinforces the housekeeping service

My daughter is allergic to dogs/cats. After playing for 15 minutes on the floor, a reaction started. Probably not cleaned up very well after guests with pets. More attention could be paid to the cleanliness of the shower. Parking is free, but there are no free spaces for late arrivals. You have to pay extra for parking in the hotel's underground parking lot.

The hotel staff was very friendly upon my arrival. I was walked by a member of the staff to the room, and shown where all the facilities were. It was a quiet location, but not too far from the rest of Munich.

We weren’t able to figure out how to get the TV to show English translations. It was stuck in showing all text in Spanish/Italian for some reason but the audio was German.

I liked the option for a late check in at the outdoor kiosk. Was very helpful and customer friendly. The staff was very nice and helpful.
