The fan in the bathroom was so loud for me to fall asleep, it didn't turn off for a long while at night even though the lights weren't on. Wifi was a little bit slow.

The room was clean, spatious, beds were so comfy. I felt safe as a solo traveler, it's located in a nice neigborhood. Very close to both tram and s-bahn stations. I'd definitely come again if I visit Düsseldorf in the future.

A wonderful "4-Star Hotel Gem" in Düsseldorf, which was a really pleasant surprise, and exceptional "Value for Money", comparing all the competitors on the respective platforms like Booking, Tripdavisor, Expedia, Trivago, HRS, and others portals!! Very friendly and efficient staff! Great breakfast Buffet! Nice and clean room!

The first two days I have problem with WiFi but later on they fix it.

The staff is supporting and very kind specially Ramoci, he help me to but my car for 1:30 hr without charging me. The room so classy and comfort.

Doors to the corridor let through a little noise, which normally wouldn't be a problem, but an exam early on a Sunday morning meant I had to use ear plugs to ensure a good night sleep.

Underfloor heating in the bathroom ensured the whole room was lovely and warm and the breakfast was excellent in both quality and choice. The lady who served breakfast it was very nice and welcoming, as I was in town for an exam she wished me luck and chatted a little with me, being the only one choosing to have breakfast at 7am on a Sunday!

There is not anything I did not like.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, close to public transport and the travel ticket provided by the hotel during your stay is a great gesture. The old city is a few stops away and the staff is very friendly.

Not so sure of the area though we arrived at night and left early next morning.

We only stayed for one night. It was clean and comfortable though a little dated. It met our needs and served a purpose for a stopover.

there were not sockets near the bed. as there wasn't slippers in the room, I asked them by myself. the furniture is old and doesn't look good. curtains were torn. I hadn't air conditioning in my room, so I slept with the open windows and this was uncomfortable because of the chime of church clock every 15 min and loud birdsongs. the key from the main door after midnight didn't work

Sockets in the room are hard to reach. The light was located above the doorway, not in the centre of the room, making it very dark at night-time and when getting up in the morning.

Hotel gives you a good vibe. Spacious room and almost all facilities are there. The best part they give you prepaid travel card as complimentary which you can use to travel in City Centr or Station to hotel and back .Checkin n other stuff was smooth. I would say a great option for your stay.

The biggest problems were the noise, the lack of wifi, and paucity of the breakfast. There was too much noise to sleep. The "free" wifi, never was strong enough to allow a person to get on. It was not a 4 star hotel.

The front desk people were nice, and you had the feeling at one time it was a 4 star, but no longer. If you just need a place to hang your hat for an overnight, it may be ok. Very close to public transit.
