The place of the hotel was not as I expected however it is very close to the main train station. The neighborhood was noisy. However I had breakfast included I didn't try it at all so I can't really tell that how was it. The room was too small without any fresh air so when you wanted to open the window to have some air you'd face another problem NOISE.

The staff were really friendly. could speak English fluently (If you know, you know).

Location very good. Construction site outside not the best and make it hard to find. Not an Munich expert but I guess this is kind of party area in Munich

I stayed in a room on the first floor which is the same where the breakfast saloon is. From 6am onwards I could always hear people coming and going for breakfast. I believe the doors/walls are somewhat very thing so definetely not a great option if you're a light sleeper.

Location is great, like 6min walking from the main train station. Lots of options next by with restaurants, supermarket. Clean room, comfortable beds. Breakfast is basic but for the price is definetely a good deal!

Basin tap faulty, hair drier faulty. There's a pillar through the room, very annoying and uncomfortable

Better cleaning standards

The front staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The only thing is that cleaning is not their best feature. Lots of dust and other people’s trash seen underneath the bed, dirty and stained bathrooms and malfunctioning toilet were a few things I noticed. Loud traffic and busy street with lots of current street work going on around the hotel now.

No AC during summer but its Germany so just open a window but that can get loud since its on a busy road near the train station and some clubs are open to the late hours.

5 minute walking distance to Munich central station. There is usually a middle eastern fast food place open late at night serving good kabobs and baklava. For the price and location I think it lives up to its value. Beds are comfortable. Can not say about the breakfast, never tried it there.

The room was a tiny dark. I searched for properties with parking space and booked mostly because of that, at my arrival I discovered that the premise had no parking and I could park my car few blocks away in a parking lot with a discount. Basically I discovered that if I search for properties with parking space booking will show me any kind of parking space, which can be close to the place or even simply in the street. In the end it was not a big issue, it would be just fair to know that clearly in advance.

the water in the shower is really really weak ,i couldn’t take the shower properly ,it no so nice for people that have long hair though!

The rooms are not as bright, the WiFi is super poor, the hair dryer in the bathroom didn't work, etc. I think the hotel needs a proper renovation. If not for the excellent Staff of this hotel, I'd give the hotel maybe 2-stars.

The Hotel Staff are amazing. I give them 5 stars. I didn't like my first check-in room and the hotel staff gave me another room the very next morning. In the second room, the radiator started to make a weird humming noise in the evening, and the hotel staff took immediate care of it. The Staff in the breakfast area were also super nice. Rooms were clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable.

The cleanliness of the room. The housekeeping team did not do the room service for one day and when they did make our room, they only changed the towels and throw away the trash. They did not make up our beds and did not vacuum the room. There is also a lot of mold at the top of the ceiling in the bathroom.

It is near to the train station and other shops such as Restaurants, Cafes and Supermarket.

Room was exceptionally small. Had nowhere to even put 2 suitcases. Bathroom had not been cleaned properly in a long time. Yuck. Powerpoints - only 1 worked in bedroom. Lights did not all work in bedroom. When asked for towels we were given floor mats to shower with.

Location was close to city centre and main station. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was an ok selection for what you paid. Staff at reception and breakfast were friendly and helpful.
