The only downside was housekeeping knocking on my door at 8am on check-out day.

The room was beautiful - large and clean, with a great bathroom including tub. The breakfast is really great. Location perfect too, next to main station.

Great location, opposite Berlin station. Staff extremely polite and helpful at check in. My roon was clean and comfortable, nice facilities, tea and coffee. I ordered room service after a really long day, it was presented professionally and was really good. I would stay here again.

Spa is small, the steam room was out of order during our visit. Advertising of this suggests it is more than you actually have to offer.

It is so close to the amazing Berlin main train station with loads of eating places that we ate breakfast and dinner out. We were on the night train from Berlin leaving at 23:00 and the hotel kept our luggage for us. We could cancel the booking on the day we arrived. We did not do this but it was great to have the option as we were booked on a train to Berlin on a flash strike day. We managed to get on the Flix bus but we had the option to miss that night without penalty. Thanks.

the only, minor! issue we had, was the room being a bit too warm. apparently, the base temperature for the rooms is 22 degrees, which we find too high. it also wasn't easy to adjust ourselves on the panel in the room, but the front desk was trying their best to get the technicians to help. furthermore, we couldn't figure out how to turn on (extra) ventilation after having used the bathroom, so it felt a bit like stepping into a hammam for the second user – said the Scandinavian Viking :P

the location was perfect for our train-based incoming travels as well as our preferred use of public transport for getting around town. since we opted out of the pricey breakfast it was also nice to have the Food Factory offer even closer than the busy main station selection of places.

The duvets were 2 separate duvets on one bed which we found quite odd. The room was also very stuffy and quite warm and we couldn't seem to adjust the temperature much.

The room was a great big size with everything you needed in it. We also really enjoyed the breakfast on offer in the mornings as there was a wide selection on offer and it was also well stocked. The rooms were also very clean.

Very expensive breakfast. Tear in bedding. View of courtyard a bit depressing. No shower gel from the onset of stay. Tried to ask housekeeping for replenishment but didn't want to speak to me.

Overall it was very good, minor improvements would be - the Tv was on tne side wall which meant you couldnt see the TV properly. There wasnt many English channels (if any). We would have preferred access to the spa to be included as it was an expensive hotel.

Shower was very good. Bed was comfy. Room was modern and clean. It was a great location right near the station.

My stay at this hotel was thoroughly enjoyable. The staff were both pleasant and helpful. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness and convenient location, just a short walk from Berlin Central station, made my stay even more comfortable and hassle-free. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berlin.
