Everything perfectly arranged! The staff was so kind and helpful. The rooms absolutely perfect! Clean and comfortable! The food also like 5 star hotel in Europe! Many options and many different restaurants inside the hotel. Everything was beyond our expectations! The spa area had very professional facilities with an exceptional massager! I highly recommend!

Great and central place in Luxor. Rooms are clean, breakfast very good, pool is great. All staff very helpful. The restaurant very nice, food tasty. We got an upgrade to a room with balcony. Perfect stay.

There was nothing not to like, the whole experience was positive, We had only used this chain of hotel once previously and were equally happy then so would certainly use Steigenberger again

We had booked a room with balcony looking onto the Nile, fabulous views, quiet and good size balcony, more than met my expectations for the booking. Without exception, all the staff we had contact with were very professional but also helpful and friendly.

Genuinely nothing..

The staff are a credit to this hotel. They are always so happy to help and available. The hotel has 4 restaurants to choose from. We had tasty meals from all. The pool is reasonably sized and plenty of areas to lounge. They have pool side drinks and food service which is great and good value for money. Overall we had a great 3 days here and would stay again if we go back to Luxor some day.

The room 306 was not good. It was a corner room so had an awkward structure and less usable space. The breakfast is too expensive. The hand wash/shower gels were not refilled properly for the new guests.

The location is great. The view from nileside restaurant in basement 1 was fantastic. The food at the restaurants were great.

Got a upgrade to a Rivervroom nice. Nice room, great view, enjoyed food from the Italian restaurant and the Thai restaurant. Had a wonderful time in the pool. We also used the sailing boat trip at the hotel which is very convenient!

The evening entertainment was the same every day. Which was very disappointing. The rooms were clean but were not sparkling clean, There were dusty missed spots.

Great Breakfast buffet, such a variety of food. The room was comfortable. We had a patio view and was nice. The staff were very friendly and courteous. We had a great stay. will definitely recommend.

Fantastic breakfast patio right on the Nile. pretty gardens nice warm pool good breakfast upgraded my son and family to lovely suite with a patio overlooking the Nile. That was a nice surprise. Feels rather French / European, which was different than the other hotels where we stayed . Our Felucca could dock at the hotel.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely fine, but not top end. The service, although always friendly, was sometimes a little slow.

A very stylish hotel, not too large with everything you could want. Good heated pool, right on the Nile, Felucca's moored on the jetty, good food in 3 restaurants, friendly staff and fantastic customer relations managers who genuinely cared about their guests' happiness (they put on a real show for my mother's 80th birthday). Location, at the southern end of town kept us away from the noisy bustle, but was a short, cheap taxi ride to the temples (which the concierge sorted in seconds). Unbelievable value for money.

This hotel is a dream. Absolutely magnificent in every single way. It is beyond words. The room the pool the restaurants the view the bar is top notch. Never experienced such an amazing hotel I could not rate it higher. The staff are absolutely fantastic. It exceeded all our expectations we are so grateful we will be back.

Sound insulation to from the corridor to the room did not seem great.

Free upgrade, 3rd bed included at no extra cost, great view to the Nile, nice restaurant and cafes - one of them overlooking the Nile with a view to the Valley of Kings area.
