I’d suggest to be more explicit about what the front Nile view rooms are. The photos suggest those are the closest to the river. In reality, they are all the way back, so the view is obstructed on the sides by the hotel and there is no privacy (everyone from sideview rooms could peek into my terrace. Would be nice to have sun beds in the balconies as well, like in the pictures.

Great service and a variety of choices (many bars and restaurants even though the hotel was relatively small, small in a good sense). Also live music in the evening is a nice touch, the balconies of the patio rooms feel like opera suites:)

From check-in to departure, truly a first class experience. Facilities beautiful. Was upgraded to Nile facing room ... wow, what a view. Room was extremely clean. What made the best impression was the staff, all the staff. Will be back.

The hotel was very comfortable for us, the breakfast was very pleasant at the tables on the terrace along the Nile river. Rooms were big, beds - very comfortable. Wish could stay longer than only 1 night

Loved the cafe right by the Nile river - excellent staff, coffee, sunsets. Boat options at the cafe at much more reasonable prices than car options to get to various sightseeing point!

The shampoo, it is a 2 in 1 but there’s no conditioner. My hair was a mess after that shampoo.

I recommend this hotel. It’s new and comfortable. The food at the Nubian restaurant was really good.

Outstanding hotel, great location and feel. Night shows next to Lebanese restaurant are fantastic especially the saxophone, you can even watch them from your room balcony. Sunset drink overseeing the Nile is a must!

The wifi connection in the room was below the grade. After intervention of the ICT staff the connection improved but was still suboptimal in our opinion.

Immediately upon our arrival we felt very welcome and relaxed in this hotel. The rooms are spatious and luxury, with a smart cabinet and closet design. Bath and shower. The breakfast is extensive and will cover everyone's needs. The hotel has several restaurants and we particularly enjoyed the Lebanese cuisine. The water temperature of the heated exterior pool was great, even in winter time. We absolutely loved the hotel's own docking station by the Nile... Boat hopping between Karnak Temple, Luxor Temple, Luxor Museum and Mummification Museum was magic.

There are a lot of men working, where are the women? I found easier to talk to the woman receptionist than men, she knew how to help me find a taxi faster but a man always comes and interrupts the conversation. A little more training on how to talk to women guests could be very helpful to excel on your services.

I will say the one time we ate at the Thai restaurant it seemed others that sat down after us were leaving before us. Our food took about and hour and a half to get out just for two people. Kept saying kitchen was busy but everyone was coming and going after us so that wasn't cool. Menu was a little confusing about what I ordered so it shoulf state that their main courses are soup when thats not implied, I got sick from the food unfortunately.

This hotel is great. They prepare breakfast boxes to go for you if you're doing excursions and have to leave early in the morning. Very nice rooms, good food and great staff here. They have a couple of restaurants for food variety which is nice. Right on the nile. The balconies are nice to sit and listen to the music they play every evening.
