  “We had a great stay, our room was a good size, space for luggage. Check-in took a while on their system but they took care of us and offered us a drink whilst we waited. The breakfast was great and location was lovely, right on a quiet beach but with plenty of restaurant options in the bay, we used the ferry to get to the old town which is very convenient right outside the hotel. We had booked a sea view room and the first room we were allocated was a "partial sea view" where the sea was visible only if you lent over the balcony. I raised this with the team, who understood the issue and worked to resolve it, we moved rooms the following day - great customer service.”
