The toilet seat was broken in the room and they did not have anybody to fix in on Saturday so we asked for a toolbox and temporarily fixed it ourselves but the lady at the reception was super nice and came to our room to see how she could help. Not a big issue after all :)

Location is quite convenient, accessible by car / metro / bus but also ok to walk to main attractions or bars & restaurants. The hotel is quite decent, comfortable room and kind personnel.

To enter/exit lobby there are stairs which is surprising for a hotel where people have heavy suitcases. The gym needs better quality weights.

Comfortable hotel and room with a buffet breakfast and a small gym. Nice lobby with separate space for reading, relaxing. Cold fruit infused water every day in lobby. Walking distance to Renfe train station.

It had the feeling of a higher end budget hotel. Small room (especially for the price), basic breakfast and minimal staffing. Aircon didn't work as the temperature seemed to be controlled centrally. For an "Art Hotel" the art was lacking!

Convenient location - very little in the direct vicinity, but an easy and safe walk to the Metro system, restaurants and shops. Clean, quiet and comfortable

The room was a bit worn with plug outlets dropping out when you plug something in and towels being torn around the edges. Also we had a confusing encounter with housekeeping- she or he left her phone on our charger in our room after we left in the morning and we found it when we came back during the day. It was fine, but it is kind of an invasion of privacy.

It had an incredible location, staff was super friendly, very helpful, the design is very minimalist so even though it is not the most stylish place it looked good. The coffee is free during breakfast even if you don’t have the breakfast included. It is quiet in the room, we also didn’t hear any neighbors .

Swimming pool advertised but unusable. Safe in room reported not working, wasn’t repaired during our stay. Waiter said to have 6 people sit together for breakfast was ‘impossible’

The room was quite small for 3 person especially if we consider that it is a hotel which should offer comfort for such a price. The heating system didn’t work even though we turned it on and during our stay it was raining and the night was quite cold. At least a thicker blanket would be great which we could have taken out from the wardrobe. Usually other accommodations do it this way and they prepare some additional blanket just in case in some hidden space. We were at the 6th floor and there wasn’t any wifi the whole time. I expected more storage/shelfs and not to say I was surprised by the scratched walls/floors/furnitures considering that it is a 4 star hotel it made the place feel cheap.

The online checkin was a really good timesaver and also the checkout until 12:00 was really helpful because our flight was in the afternoon so we didn’t have to bring our luggages around the town. The staff was kind and affectionate. The location is really good. There are a lot of bus stops nearby and some of the subway stops are also around 10-15min by walk.

The swimming pool in the hotel pictures was very small and cannot be uesed at that time. The key always fails to open the door and requires help from the staff.

The hotel is in a good location and easy for going out by bus or underground. Both the large double bed and the extre bed for my son in the room were all comfort.

There was no possibility to make coffee in the room. After some walks, the Eixample area is a bit monotonous.

Clean, quiet, good size, comfortable bed. Area feels safe. Cafe across the street. It is within walking distance of the old city, if you like to enjoy the city on foot.

Well presented. Ten minute walk to a few different metro stations. Rooftop area nice to relax in sun after sight seeing. Enjoyed breakfast. Plenty of healthy options. Lovely freshly squeezed orange juice.

There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room which would have been appreciated throughout our stay, but there are bakeries and cafes nearby to grab a morning coffee if you wish. To no fault of the hotels, there was construction work being carried out during our stay which caused some noise, as well as fairly loud music being played in the hotel quite early on.

This hotel is in a fairly central location, close to metro stations for easy travel. The room was modern and clean😊

This was a good stay. Our first time in Barcelona it was hot the Saturday hotel did not have the AC on but did provide a fan for the room. To be fair it was unseasonably hot. Our check was easy which i completed online. We definitely would stay again. Hotel was clean and the housekeeper was the best.

The charging sockets were not fast charger so took hours to charge my phone and the room was very warm even when using the thermostat so most of the time I had to leave the window open
