Since the hotel is facing the busiest avenue of Barcelona, may be a bit noisy at night for those with sleeping issues.

Room decor and spaciousness, high ceilinged with a cute balcony facing Gran Via. Central, walking distance to pretty much all attractions but public transportation is also within close reach.

Great location 10 mins walk from Plaça Catalunya and walkable to most attractions. Rooms were spacious and clean. There is communal area with microwave and kettles. Coffee machine and mini fridge available in the rooms. Staff were nice and helpful with giving us some valuable tips for Barcelona.

Like in other reviews there was always a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Room cleaning service could be improved. It was clean when we arrived but we stayed for one week and in between the service was not so good.

Great location, good neighbourhood close to many attractions and tons of good restaurants. Big room with access to a shared terrace and also a quiet room since it was not facing the street. Access to a microwave and coffee machine in the room. Big comfortable beds.

We didn't like the room had no window. We couldn't see how was the weather or the sun.

We liked the location, close to the Placa Catalonya. The beds were confortable, the room was cleaned daily. We had a coffee machine inside the room.

I would wish to have disposable slippers in the room. Also a little table at the balcony to put ashtray and cups on it.

The location is perfect to stay you can easily stop by for a rest while you are exploring the city without loosing any time to get there. Room was big enough to place your thing and walk around. The staff was very helpful and positive.

Pillows were dreadful. Hotel is actually one floor up. Communication was by email only which was problematic as we were on the move without Internet often. What’s app communication was better.

Pillows were extremely uncomfortable and didn’t suit (too hot). Balcony is nice but onto very noisy street. Only two Nespresso pods provided which doesn’t feel generous.

Beautiful decor in apartment with very spacious feel. The staff were very accomodating and great with communication. They took the time to show us around the facility and made check-in easy. Coffee and other amenities available for free and topped up daily. Comfortable beds and great wifi.

Great location. We travelled with a 19 month old and most places were accessible on foot with the toddler in pushchair. The room was a decent size. There was a coffee machine in the room. Utensils, microwave, kettles were all provided in the common area. Overall it was a very comfortable stay. I would definitely stay again.

I didn’t like the carpet in the room and washroom. Besides that everything was great. There is very little natural light as there is a window to an inside part of the building.

The shower could have been a little cleaner, but it was minimal.

The room was spacious and the four single beds suited us very well. The bathroom had all we needed. Glasses plates tea and coffee available in the communal area - very convenient. One of my daughters enjoyed the coffee machine very much. Another enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace. The location was very good - we used the easily accessible Metro a lot, but could walk to some attractions. And our luggage was stored until we were ready to leave on our last day.

Air conditioning was a bit dodgy and certainly could have been cooler. Shower faied to drain properly. Would have mentioned to staff, but no one there at check out.

Odd stain on the headboard and smelt a bit damp in the bathroom

Beautiful room with stained glass, painted ceilings and a balcony. Much nicer than presumed from the price. Great location, really close to the gothic quarter and walkable to Sagrada familia. Really quiet room despite being on a busy road. Staff friendly and helpful and good facilities.

There wasn’ t daylight in our room ( because of very tiny and tall courtyard); we had to wait the administrator coming about an half hour at late evening; the toilet smelled and didn’t worked correctly; the neighbors drilled at night and early morning

Water clogs in the bathroom and wash basin. Body wash liquid soap and shampoo were very ordinary. The body wash liquid was like water as it was so diluted.

The refrigerator wasn’t working, the sheets were improvised for the blanket, the bathroom drain gets clogged and the hair dryer was full of dust
