Some stuff did not provide us with correct information. For example, we asked if they provide soap for the dishes and they said no. Later we found the soap in the cleaning package they had left previously in the room. Regarding where to go and how they wewre not aware of, and when very kindly they would try to help us, most of the time they would give us incorrect information. Besides that they were always smiling and they were very welcoming.

The location is ideal for visit different places in the island, such as Teide National Park, Mascas, la Laguna etc., evn though it is a little bit far from the Airport Tenerife South. The city it is located is also a big and full of life city.

The kettle didn’t switch itself off and the fridge kept freezing things. Maintenance may want to look at these.

We were confused about tennis as one member of staff told it is free ( no need to pay), but other receptionist told it is 8 euro for 1 hour ( we payed it after), would be great to let other clients know in advance!

Location ( volcano view from our room was just amazing) and service were fantastic! Great value for money. We loved the pool very much as it was really warm. Our flat was great and staff who cleaned it was really nice! Everyone is very attentive and polite. Thanks a lot!

For the price I expected basic amenities. However, I feel that some small things are missing which could easily be provided cheaply - such as a sponge/cloth for washing up.

Great location, best to get the rooms with a pool and garden view as the garden is very lovely and peaceful. Staff are very efficient and attentive to keeping it tidy and clean.

To me the breakfast was very bland in taste the sausages were hard and plain , no brown sauce available.

Nothing really comes to mind as far as the hotel is concerned. It was a bit frustrating finding the hotel. But we did and it was fine after that....

Sewerage smell coming from somewhere intermittently in our room. Quite faint but noticeable especially at night. Pool needs attention. Broken and missing tiles.

Great location in La Paz. Rooms were really clean and comfortable. English TV channels. Good value for money.

It smelled very strongly of chlorine when I arrived and I can't say that was clean, because it wasn't. But the personal was really nice so I will overlook it. If you see bugs, they come from outside, I think...and they are big.

I really liked that I had the pool view room. I was also delighted by the chirping of the birds. Wonderful. I will return here. The place is very nice and you have a lot to do around.

Technical issues - the telephone in the room didn’t work whilst there and several plug sockets were temperamental in their function. All duly reported. Shame no evening bar or entertainment BUT this was reflected in the price.

The hotel staff's were very friendly and helpful,, our hotel room was facing the swimming pool, in the evening it was lovely and quiet. The cleaning staff kept the room clean and tidy. Definitely would recommend the hotel. We will stay again. .

the pool was not heated, in September the water was very cold there is no parking space, which makes finding one very difficult, every evening I searched for more than 30 minutes for a place

Be aware that there are cockroaches in the bathroom.

Pleasant stay with helpful stuff. The view from balcony to volcano. Comfy bed, all necessary equipment to cook in the kitchen. Located next to restaurants, 15 minutes walk to the beach, where is possible to surf, 4 minutes to bus stops. Half an hour walk to Jardine beach.

The bar is still closed we couldn't figure out why and none of the staff could give a reason. We were there pre Covid and very much enjoyed the bar as we met other guests there and got to know people. Also dinner was no longer served at the hotel which we also missed and there was no lunch served at the pool.

I wish there were some more details as shower gel, iron in the room and a hair drier, but still it was good value for money.

The hotel is amazing, views are impressive, literally ones of the best in my life. The stuff was really friendly and helped me to figure out things with public transport. I really enjoyed staying here, gonna come back!

The pool was cold and the breakfast was pricey for the quality of food provided. Again that depends on personal preference. The lawn around the pool were long and only got mowed on our last day.

The property is clean but a little dated. The price reflected the accommodation. Very accessible to shops and lots of local restaurants and bars.

The accommodation was pleasant and comfortable, clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The complex also had a pool area. We visited in March, and there wasn't a lot of crowds, which made it a peaceful and relaxing stay. The location is in a tourist zone, with restaurants and shops nearby. It is also a great starting point for exploring the northern part of the island. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely recommend it.
