No wifi in building other than reception area and no option to buy any TV very small and basic - needs more instructions as channels all in Spanish but a few can be changed to English via the remote. If returning I would take my firestick and pre pay for extra wifi for abroad with my provider before travel. Location was too far out for us (Poniente Beach) not a lot going on there and a good half hour walk to Old Town, add on another 15-20 to get to Strip area for bars/entertainment.

Reception staff were helpful and friendly and could speak English. Apartment was clean and spacious - as a wheelchair user plenty of space to move around, tight between rooms/doorways but expected although bathroom doorframe too small to allow the wheelchair access. Balcony/sunroom was exceptional - large and with great views (8th floor/14 floors to street level and sliding windows to keep wind out in cooler months. Beds basic but comfy enough and extra blankets if needed as well as an abundance of towels. Underground parking area with charging points ideal for electric scooters (can hire one for around 50 eoro pw - reception can provide a contact for this. Drop off/pick up for taxis is at rear of hotel with secure entry system for access. Trip was outwith seasonal times so nice and quiet, pool closed but looked nice. Beach just yards away and a supermarket/restaurants

You have to leave a £40 /€40 deposit each person Group of men staying this time very noisy, disturbed our sleep 2 nights out of our 3 nights stay. Not happened when stayed before.

Bed mattresses really hard/uncomfortable- after first night slept on sofa beds- luckily only 2 of us in apartment. Lack of WiFi in rooms inconvenient but it was in the public area in reception which also had a kiddies games area and library- so not necessary to pack your books. Lack of air conditioning in summer would make it a no go for us. Quiet apartment block apart from a squeaky lift which needs a bit of maintenance and door closer to stairs could be adjusted so they didn't bang each time used. First place I've stayed in with no hairdryer!

Apartment layout good. Views/outside space excellent. Kitchen equipment good for your stay. Storage space good. Staff polite, pleasant and helpful. Nice quiet area to stay but with amenities really close. About a 10/15 minute pleasant walk along the beachfront into the main shopping area/port. For me the bonus was the bath!!

A quicker response for extra toilet rolls would have been great. We bought some and later on we found some in our room, if the response had of been quicker it would have saved buying some.

The TV should have an option for English or other languages, the bed could be a little more comfortable and AC as we had to sleep with windows open.

The scenery was amazing, the people are just so friendly and relaxed, the staff were very helpful and friendly no ever strees with them.
