Very cold pool. Uncomfortable sun beds. Not enough parasols. Threadbare towels

There is only one kitchen knife which is very dull makes it hard to cut fruits or veges There is no dishwasher machine tablets or dishsoap for handwashing. There is no single piece of wettex rugs or alike or papper to wipe in the kitchen, makes it hard to keep the kitchen top dry & clean. The AC in rum1 is a kind of broken coz its sounds very loud and noisy everytime i turn it on...so i could'nt and have'nt use it.

It was good! We're staying at 8th floor and got this very nice view over sea and beautiful mountain view. Reception 24hrs is good too, kind and helpful staff. Toilets/baths were tidy & clean, nice with the cute basket w toothbrush , paste, soap etc. And toilet paper at least 2 rolls. Bedrooms are in good sizes 👍 Beds are ok with 1 pillow , though i needed more than 1 pillows . There is restaurants beside and also inside the place itself. The place is only few minutes from the beach which is very good too.

Nothing to dislike.

Perfect location within a short walk of Los Boliches Train Station which has a direct connection with Malaga airport.. Reception staff excellent - really friendly and helpful. Pool area perfect to enjoy the really lovely sunshine we were so lucky to enjoy. Supermarket very near the apartment for basics. Pleasant walk to promenade.

I was annoyed as we did not receive a pool view room and the balcony was shaded at the front of the building. The bar/cafe was only open very short hours it was not open in the evening

WiFi abysmal. Back room in a 2 bed apartment has no reception at all, and if you did, it would drop the internet connection every few minutes or seconds. Basically unusable. Turning it off and relying on mobile internet proved much more reliable, which is a shame considering the obvious additional cost. Could do with more towels being provided, a bin in each bathroom, and more consistent addition of shower gel/shampoo.

Very good location, just 5 minutes walk from Los Boliches train station. There are two supermarkets and a greengrocer around the corner.

The chairs in the apartments were very heavy. You had to drag them across the tiles, which made loads of noise.

The apartment was lovely. Pool was fab.

As a single traveller I often get a room with two single beds,I've been known to fall out of bed,a double bed helps me sleep better 9am many northern Europeans come out with many towels to claim their places around the pool

Not so tidy in the room, no amenities for dish washer nor laundry washer, too little amount of knives and spoons and other kitchenware for 4 persons (had to wash all the time less than half-full machines), bad quality sofa bed, difficult sheet+blanket-combinations. No place to hang coats or anything when coming in.

Good location, beautiful pool and nice warmer small pool, warm rooms in winter, nice view, big fridge, good amount of towels.

Better quality sunbeds and more parasols

Complex up a hill and away from centre. Apt excellent pool also. Let down by sunbeds past their best and not enough sun umbrellas

A 5€ each fee per night was charged on top of our price for both a baby chair and travel cot, anywhere else we have ever stayed supplied these free of charge.

Only something minor. we had to pay to hire a highchair which I haven’t come up against yet.

The apartment was lovely, a great size and comfortable. We travelled with an infant and wanted a 1 bed so we could put the baby to bed and then enjoy our evening without worrying about disturbing him. This room was perfect, we made use of the balcony while he slept. The kitchen is fully stocked with crockery, pots, cutlery, stove, microwave, full sized fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. We were able to eat breakfast and prepare meals for our son easily because we had everything we needed there. The pool area was nice too. It was quiet when we visited so was pleasant to spend time there but I imagine in peak summer it would be a little less comfortable. It’s easy walking distance to the beach and a lot of restaurants and bars. There’s a Mercadona supermarket a couple of minutes away and a Super Cor just a little further down the road.

Balcony door handle broke but was quickly fixed. sunbeds were a bit old. Oven not very easy to use. No instructions on the washing machine programs.

I had a problem with legs of bed on 1st night but once I notified staff it was sorted immediately without a problem
