The only downside is, you can hear everything in the apartment, so you have to be very quiet after 9.

The location was great, very near metro, very near Sagrada Familia. The host is great, and communication top-notch, she managed to find space for us to leave our luggage on our last day even though all her lockers were booked.

Smaller bedroom needs shelves or a little chest of drawers, more space for clothes, more hangers in closet, hooks for hanging. Bathroom needs hooks and shelves behind toilet for toiletries. Kitchen- Needed directions for stove and washing machine. Need large spatula and large frying pan cover for making eggs. Bigger pillows for big bedroom.

Location! Well-designed for its purpose. Nicely furnished. Loved the shower gel and nice towels. Excellent ventilation. Mostly super quiet neighbors! Appreciated the teas, coffees, sugar, salt and olive oil and soaps in kitchen. Quiet street. Welcoming entrance. Excellent staff: Laura was friendly, communicative, helpful, attentive, capable and generous with her time and information. Super quick to respond to questions. Pleasant personality. And last but not least, the lift is a huge plus!

Professional hotel comfort in local area with warmth house feeling. We stayed 3 friends in superior flat. It was more than enough for us. Close to metro station, silent and safe neighborhood. Laura in the front desk was very helpful.

The shower bath tab was very very slippery, possible accidents can happen. Internet speed was quite low. 26Mb.

One night there was a lot of noise inside the building, the other nights were quiet. The neighbourhood is not feeling very safe after 22:00 on your own.

Laura, the host, was really accessible. Beforehand as during the stay. The apartment was clean and has two separate bedrooms with sufficient space and a really nice closet. There are a lot of windows with natural light which is nice. The subway station was only a short 5 minute walk and the Sagrada familia is nearby as well.

I spent a week with very puffy eyes because the smoke from outside/other flats came in.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. She even offered a way to improve internet connection when we had to work. It's a comfortable flat in a nice neighborhood.

The cleaning could be a bit better and the most important thing is that a safety box is necessary! This was the only minus.

The hostess was amazing and very friendly providing many information. The apartment was big, with many facilities. Very bright and the heating was good. Very close to Sagrada familia.

The kitchen could have been better equipped for four people. The sounds from neighbors and people on the street were louder than expected for an area without a lot of vehicle traffic.

The space was comfortable and the hosts were helpful. The location is close to restaurants and a decent walk to several sites. It was a good budget choice.

Bathroom shower needs a soap holder. Shower head did not fit into holder properly.

Again, the wifi, while steady and reliable most of the time, got a bit spotty toward the end of my stay for some reason. I had some work to do while I was there, so this was slightly inconvenient, but the connection never dropped for too long—less than a minute at a time. It never actually became enough of a problem for me to bring it up to the front desk. The mattress I slept on was quite firm. I don't mind a firm mattress, but something to note for those who prefer softer mattresses. While the vast majority of the apartment was incredibly clean, I would have preferred if the topper blankets provided (folded in the bedroom closet) were fresher. They smelled a bit stale and not freshly washed. The living/dining room window is large and looks directly into the apartment building across the courtyard, but it doesn't have blackout/opaque shades like the bedroom does—just some translucent curtains. I recommend to the management to install solid curtains on this window for better nighttime privacy. I would've appreciated a small broom and dustpan to clean up the floor every now and then after cooking and eating. **My photos are from when I was checking out, so all untidiness is on me! The place was very organized and well presented when I arrived.**

I stayed in the "Standard Apartment" (with 2 bedrooms: one with a large, 2-person bed and another with a single twin bed). The apartment was perfect for my 5-night stay. The host at the front desk when I checked in, Gisela, was incredibly kind and helpful and really spent the time to give me guidance and recommendations on a map. She even advised me on what areas to avoid at night (don't worry - nowhere near the apartment!). There is a small elevator, so it's easy to get up to the higher floors (if you have a lot of bags, you'll have to take it in shifts). The apartment itself was bright, very clean, and furnished with everything I needed for a comfortable stay—including kitchen utensils, a kettle and Moka pot, a dose of laundry detergent for the washing machine, a sponge/dish soap, and even some olive oil/salt to use when cooking. The wifi was reliable and strong for the most part, aside from some spottiness toward the end of my stay. It was never disrupted enough for me to need to bring it up to the front desk. I was able to work, join a video call, and stream videos just fine for the vast majority of the time. I found the location to be ideal—a block away from the main road, so insulated enough to not get too much street noise but close enough to be walkable to transit and amenities. The immediate surrounds are quiet and feel very safe, and it's just a quick walk to Vila de Grácia, which is buzzy, hip, and dense with restaurants and bars. There are several grocery options in the vicinity. The closest metro and bus stops are just a couple long blocks away, so very easy to access in just a few minutes. It's a nice 15-20 minute walk to Sagrada Familia. Park Güell isn't far but it's a relatively steep uphill hike, so if that's not your jam, there are a few bus options nearby that can get you there.

The kitchen is missing basic utensils for making more pleasant the stay. The bathrooms are not balanced (one for 4 and the other one in the mezzanine). The bathroom had mold and the cleaning could be improved.
