A lot of noise from the outside very poor insulation of the rooms- you can hear music and people talking outside

Some of the staff in the dining area were quite dismissive of us with small children. We felt quite uncomfortable a couple of times as one of the waitresses looked annoyed with us.

Love the location and the family facilities, the animation team are amazing.

The rooms unfortunately don't reflect the cleanliness and standards of the rest of the hotel. On arrival our toilet was filthy and the floors hadn't been swept and cleaned as there was hair and left over stuff on the floor. The shower head needs to be cleaned as a few must be blocked and spray little and everywhere soaking the bathroom. We did complain and someone eventually cleaned the toilet but it took 4 days before the floors were swept and cleaned. The fridge in the room was also filthy. Overall the rooms need a bit of TLC and a good clean. I also noticed responses to reviews have been copied from chat GPT so I'm not sure how well they take onboard feedback..if the rooms had been clean this would have been a fabulous stay.

The hotel itself is really lovely and modern. The pool areas and leisure facilities are very clean and well maintained. The meal buffets have plenty of choice and options and good value. The reps from the animation teams and the front of house staff are very friendly as well. Location is excellent, approx €25 in a taxi from the airport and a bus stop outside to Maó. Pleasant walk to Binibeca and the surrounding areas.

Service and food in the snack bar wasn't good at all!

Plenty of sunbeds at any time of the day. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Food in the buffet changed daily, always easy to get a table.

You cant use the gym till after 8am , access should be given earlier. The reason given is it need to be cleaned but maybe clean each evening. Some staff are too quick to remove plates from table at meal times. I wasnt finished eating and my plate was whipped away as i read something on my phone. Being a solo traveller, i came back to my table to find my drink gone 3 times(ok it was only water but very frustating as i was not finished eating and had gone to get my next course)

Its a nice hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spaceous and kept clean. Towels changed daily.rooms are air conditioned and was welcome on hot days(28 degrees in sept). Hotel is close to the beach. There is a great selection of food at meal times. I had the halfboard option

All inclusive drinks were not as good as we used to. No cava included, which we found strange for Spain. Bar is extremely strict on times. We couldn't even get a bottle of water at exactly 12 pm. There's no water provided in rooms, so make sure you take some bottles from the bar before it closes at night. The room itself was fine, but dont expect much from a view. Our room was 5103 and had zero views. While the beach is close, nice and sandy with bars and shops, there are other more beautiful beaches on the island. We rented a car and within 10 mins drive there are amazing calas. The island itself is small so a few days in a car you will see lots! Car rental is 2 mins from hotel.

Reception staff we very friendly and helpful. Location is only about 15 to 20 mins to airport. Cost us about 15 euro in taxi. Food was good value for money, breakfast, lunch, dinner lots of options. Air con in room was good in the July heat. Hotel was kept very clean. Its a short walk to beach. You can keep all inclusive band after checking out at 12pm which was handy as our flight home was later that night.

Although my room was adequate and comfortable, my balcony faced directly onto the opposite block which was quite near. I booked quite late so understand that I probably did not get the best room. I appreciated the cleanliness.

There was a great selection. Lovely outdoor terrace which was so good because I found the indoor area rather dark and lacking in atmosphere. Staff very professional and friendly. Always plenty of free tables to choose from.

Suspect myself & spouse got some kind of food infection/bug on the last night, both with upset tummies. Shame as it spoilt the what would have been perfect week away.

liked almost everything! really great place, just once I found someone tuft of hair in the towel, I thought it’s a spider, was really unexpected. And our beds was running from each other: every morning we had hole between our beds.

Superb place for family vacation, plenty kids activities, amazing pool for little ones. Nice food! Friendly and very helpful staff! Great location, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach.

thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the hotel. great facilites, clean room, hot showers and wonderful staff. food were lovely and has got a massive variety! my meal times were more enjoyable thanks to the lady stationed on the island (not sure is she’s still there as she was planning to move to madrid) who was genuinely friendly, accomodating and always a ray of positive energy. let me use the shower room so i can get ready before my evening flight

I arrived at ~10pm and my room had been used- the balcony door was wide open, there was trash in the bin, the towels were used and the bed had been occupied. I called reception and they were apologetic and said they would find me a new room. They found me one but it was nicer than mine so they didn't let me use that one despite the late time. After waiting an hour they found me another of the same standard as I paid for. I asked for late checkout the day after. They wanted me to pay. I explained the situation on my arrival date and said it's really the minimum they could do, even just an extra hour or two. They said to come back to talk to the manager. I did and eventually after 2 trips to reception they found another room I could use. They should've offered this at the start without me having to keep asking. I think they expected me to just leave it.
