No facilities to make a hot drink in room, would of expected that it being 4 star.

Very clean, friendly staff. Good choice of food at breakfast. Good location, across road from beach and in-between Cambrils center and Salou, bus stops outside hotel. Nice and quiet area.

The air conditioning didn't work, we told reception but nothing was done about it. The room was very hot, sleeping was difficult.

Hotel was spotless, very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly.. Food, a good selection.

Shouting at staff in public doesn't give a good impression Younger waiters get into trouble for actually interacting with guests. There is a lot of pressure on staff coming from somewhere above. The wardrobe is too small, not enough hangers. Housekeeping hit and miss, depending on who cleaned it (water not always replaced in the fridge) People putting towels on loungers at 9 a.m. and not using them for hours. Monitors should not allow this

The location is exceptional, 100m from a beautiful beach and bus stop right outside to go to Cambrils /Salou/Tarragona/Reus The food was good, a very fresh salad bar and a great choice of dishes. Some dishes cooked fresh to order at all meals The choice of drinks available in the All-inclusive was much better than I expected Our room had a lovely pool view and, a huge balcony. The beds were very comfortable. The entertainment was fine, but the staff were brilliant at getting people involved. The bar staff were excellent --when they were allowed to be. The pool bar was great

Nice pool area and beach close by with some choice of beach bars, bars and restaurants. Easy to get the bus to Salou and Cambrils. Good size family room with terrace. Choice of food was good too.

Food, some staff members weren't super pleasant, seeing all those all-inclusive customers wasting so much food, parking size cannot accommodate all hotel customers.

As all inclusive members, the drinks we were given were very poor. Sometimes the cocktails we were given had no alcohol in them at all. When asked for whiskey for example, the whiskey they poured had no colour. For the price i paid, they were giving the cheapest and worst alcohol they had. Extremely disappointing Our bed sheets weren’t changed for the whole time we were staying there. Very dirty under the beds. Animacíon was always the same. It was mostly for kids, nothing for adults, atmosphere was boring. When given coffee from the bar at the pool, we were given plastic spoons which melted when coffee was stirred. Thats not at a 4 star hotel standard.

The food was good but would be better if there was more variety. The pool was great and the distance to the beach was very short.

Food was awful, lots of choice but cold and cheap ingredients, we chose to eat out to avoid cold chips or rice every night. This really let the hotel down.

Staff were very helpful. We choose to upgrade our room as we didn´t want to overlook the carpark. Pool area was nice and pool well maintained.

Towels on sun beds with nobody there for hours at a time despite notice from hotel threatening to remove them after a period of time!!!.. Staff in attendance at pool but did nothing to prevent this happening!! Most annoying!!! Parking charges are outrageous. Why penalize people who drive to their destination?!!

Food range in restaurant not too bad but quality not great. Some nights it was good but overall just average. Queue for a simple fried egg in the morning was ridiculous and I often have up; quality of bacon very poor.

Great holiday hotel and they upgraded us to a pool view room, very nice Big beds, very comfortable and good Aircon. Great location for beach and restaurants

the choice and quality wasn’t as good as some of the other Best hotels we have stayed at. breakfast set up had no flow. toast station was on the other side of the restaurant from the jam and butter. hardly and choice for cereals and no fruit to go with it like prunes or dried apricots. yoghurt was over by the cooked breakfast.

the room was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. all the staff we came in contact with were friendly and helpful. excellent scrambled eggs at breakfast.
