The hotel was very central. Lovely friendly staff. Room was nice and spacious with a balcony. Heated indoor pool and roof terrace was lovely to relax.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The bedroom had everything we required, except straighteners and shower cap. The breakfast was lovely, good choice each day and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The Green Room was an amazing addition, food and drinks all high quality. Pool, sauna and steam room and sun terrace were fabulous

Such a friendly welcome, great room, clean & with welcome note. Facilities were fabulous. Pool, jacuzzi, steam and sun loungers. Complementary drinks & snacks. Breakfast splendid. We actually booked another night for the end of our walking trip.

A little gem. I miss the snacks and drinks, the spa and friendly staff. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and they even found out and gave us a free bottle of cava! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Perfect!

There wasn’t really anything! Some of our rooms looked onto peoples washing but the hotel is in middle town so you kind expect to look onto another building!

Check in was very efficient! We were 6 travellers with a room each. Staff took time to explain things, we were not rushed. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable! What was a delight and a big surprise, there was a relax area with free wine, beer, snacks and food! We did partake in an early nightcap and nibble! For us location was perfect, about 15 minutes walk to Mahón Harbour! We stayed 1 night and we’re treated very well. Breakfast was lovely, something for everyone!

The hotel was lovely, very friendly staff & good amenities. Breakfast was buffet style, good variety of food with juices, teas, coffee. Swimming pool & jacuzzi were a bonus. Drinks available 24/7 free of charge & free snacks available after 3pm. Located in Mahon which was perfect for walking wherever we wanted to go. The room was clean and served our needs very well.

Bed is not very sturdy and noisy. Wall to the next room was so thin that we heard every cough of our neighbors. English knowledge of hotel staff was lacking sometime but we managed anyway and they were helpful.

Good variety at breakfast, and good quality too. Room was smart, with useful balcony with city view. The bus station is only 5 minutes away which makes travel around the little island cheap and easy. The Green Room with its afternoon snacks and everlasting drinks was great.

The hotel's location is rather unprepossessing, but it is a very short walk to the thriving centre of Mahon, and that clearly keeps the price down and makes the hotel really great value.

This choice was a real surprise in a good way. An excellent breakfast was provided with a great range of food, cooked egg options and lots of pastries. Completely unexpected was a free bar in the lounge area for soft drinks, wine, beer and nibbles. Spirits and the local craft beers were chargeable on an honesty basis. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Smallish hotel with happy, helpful staff. Everything runs smoothly. The breakfast was excellent with plenty on offer. There is a corner of the hotel where they offer free, generous snacks for free including wine beer and soft hot and cold drinks. This is available after 4 pm. Well located with free parking available nearby.

The concept to reduce carbon footprint. The grab and go along with complimentary selection of drinks is a great idea and made the hotel buzz in the afternoon. I had an excellent massage from Anabel and didn't need to book in advance, popped in on the off chance. Breakfast options are also excellent 👌. We had an issue with the TV which was dealt with very quickly. If this a representation of the Artium group we would certainly look for them again in other locations.
