only thing i would have liked an exchange of towels during my stay (4 nights) - on the othen hand, easy to dry them in the room.

super nice welcoming staff, very flexible in my check and to supply extremely useful info, nice room with an amazing balcony and a super enjoyable shower; location very well served by public transport and several shops/restaurants close by. Definitively a place i will stay again next time in Barcelona.

Do not stay here if you want to be in the centre of the action. Bathrooms are a bit dated. Soundproofing is not great - could hear upstairs room and corridor noise. AC was off when I stayed, meaning room was quite stuffy. Small window opening onto a balcony/outdoor corridor.

Not far from metro station that takes you downtown in about 15 mins. Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Quiet neighbourhood.

The fuse box let out a humming noise, and the noise from the street could be heard very clearly through the balcony door. The first night, at 3am, I was disturbed by a group of Spanish lads at the property across the road, chatting and having very loud discussions outside on their balcony.

Although it was a very small and compact place, it was very well fitted out, very clean & modern, and the staff were really lovely & helpful. They stood out compared with other hotel staff, I’ve encountered recently.

The sound proofing of the rooms could be better.

Surprisingly spacious room with a lovely balcony. Having breakfast via room service was a treat. The location is quiet but close to a main street, so taxies arrived quickly.

I just didn't realize it was far from the action (Gothic quarter) More residential but quiet & still very nice Otherwise no complaints

Staff was amazing especially Silvia I didn't feel well due to my immune system being weak after appendix surgery a few weeks before. So I had a bit if a cold nothing too serious but was pampered like a big baby ♡ It was so nice Especially being alone on a trip far from America 🇺🇸

The beds moving all the time while trying to keep them together, pillows were very uncomfortable and no toilet brush in the bathroom.

The location of the hotel was perfect, only 6 stops to the city center with metro, nice breakfast cafe on the corner and a lunch restaurant on the other. The hotel breakfast was a very delicious.

Nothing. Some people complained regarding the noise cause of thin walls, but we didn't have this problem. We stayed however only one night.

The core thing was good - room was quiet and bed and bathroom were good. Breakfast is basic, but ok. Receptionist was very helpful. With subway you can reach the city pretty easy

There was no teas or coffee provided in the room. I was only there for one night.

Definitely would go back - its not far from Barcelona centre. Conveniently located next to the metro station (5min walk). The staff are very friendly and the breakfast was lovely. I got there 4 hours before check-in and my room was ready which was a huge plus.
