Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyThey say the pool can be used whole year round but it's outdoors and it's not heated so don't expect to be able to swim outside of the summer time. I requested early checkin, of course it wasn't possible like it usually never is, but it would've been nice if they had at least replied to me before my given arrival time.. At the end they wrote me a message at 5 PM that it's not possible but I can leave my luggage there, after I was there and dropped my luggage at 10 AM alreardy.
Cleaning service every day. Good location, quiet area but metro station is 10 min on foot from where it's quick to reach the center. View from the roof top pool area is very nice. They have a small gym.

IndiaOnly issue is that it is a 10-15 min walk from nearest metro station. You can easily reach by taxi. Not too many options for restaurants around.
We stayed in April 2024. 5 nights. Courteous staff. Nice sized rooms. Good working space. Decent sized bathroom. Bidet!! Comfortable bed. Good wifi. Everything was nice and smooth, no real issues with our stay.

SpainI did not have AC on the room. The room was quite hot itself and when asked about it they told me the hotel “was working on it” and the only solution was to open the window. Wasn’t really a solution as the room was on a really low floor 1, so opening the window allowed all the noise from the street and garbage trucks to come inside around 1 am, as it’s on a mountain there is a slope so the people almost can see inside as a ground floor, the room was 124). lo There is a vending machine downstairs that sells big water bottles, it only accepts coins. The nespresso coffee machine the same. I never carry cash nor coins, would be great if modified to accept cards.
Comfortable, big bed, nice TV. Great breakfast selection, really good. Amazing pool, good bar downstairs. Friendly staff. Two bottles of water inside mini fridge as a courtesy.

GermanyThe location was a bit off. The next metro station, the next cool bar of restaurant were all a good walk out. But still reachable by foot.
The room was quiet and clean, the bathroom surprisingly large, there was a very large TV which I never used, the desk was good for working, but not very large. The beds were comfortable, the cabinets provided plenty of space. Electrical sockets were placed in the perfect locations. The breakfast was extraordinary! Large selection of local and international specialities, fresh fruit, a machine that pressed super fresh orange juice on the press of a button. Very impressive.

United KingdomThe original room I was given was right at the top of the parking entrance and it smelled. The staff, though, changed it very quickly and I believe I got upgraded too, as the second room was bigger. The only problem was that I could hear a lot of noises from other guests.

United KingdomNoise: the hotel clearly lacks sound-proofing, given how many people complain about this. In my case, there was *constant* noise coming from the hallway (guests and staff) and from other rooms. The walls are basically paper thin. So better to bring earplugs (I had to use them every night).

The staff was very nice and ready to help. The room was just as it appeared in the photos. We found the beds and pillows very comfortable. The gym is also nice. The location is great, in a quiet area, not far from the Park Güell.
