Animation from 10 am on… music very loud and annoying

You have to be aware that the nights could be quite loud. We had incredibly noisy neighbours coming home from parties in the middle of the night. Also, airplanes fly directly above the hotel. Our bathroom could have used a little repair work here and there (everything worked fine though). We would still book again if we came back!

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Smiles all around. The food was surprisingly tasty for such a big variety buffet. The room was as on the pictures, the beach view is gorgeous! The hotel was kept very clean. Beach access is within a very short walk.

The other restaurants weren’t open which was disappointing and all inclusive customers were not allowed to get drinks at the evening bar outside you had to que in reception for drinks after dinner which was quite annoying when you want to enjoy the evening entertainment at the hotel which I must add they had some very good Entertainment. Also a mirror would have been a nice touch where the desk is so you can do hair/make up Would have been useful to have some detailed information in the room about the facilities the hotel has on offer to make the most of your stay

Food selection was great and varied everyday for breakfast lunch and dinner. The Rooms cleaned daily and public areas kept very clean. Staff very friendly . The animation team were hilarious but left you alone for sleepy time if you didn’t want to get involved. Lots of sun loungers never an issue to get one. The private spa Bath was really relaxing after a days sunbathing round the pool/beach. Bed was really comfy

The cocktail options could be better as they are pre made and watery.

Really nice hotel with great location. The all inclusive is the best option.

It was so loud, didn’t realise how much you would hear the planes, and incredibly busy, can’t imagine what it would be like peak season. But breakfast was a bun fight

the rush for a sun lounger. you need to be up at 7/8 am to save a lounger in a good spot.

Was surprised to find out that you have to pay for use of the safe in the room. Also found having to pay for everything immediately less convenient. I.e. deposit for towel, drinks at the pool - couldn't charge anything to the room so always had to have my card with me which made things less relaxed.

The food buffet. Lots of choice but mostly overcooked and lack of flavour. They need to do less choice better.

i wish there were more fruits in the buffet. its summer and everybody loves fruits for breakfast. there were the same 3 fruits every day. could be cleaner around the pool as well. as i had a late flight i checked out in the morning to spend some more time at the island and when i needed to change and get fresh before heading to the airport there was no room to do that. i had to book a room (!) in advance so i can quickly take a shower and change clothes. anyways i was advised to change in the public toilet.

great location, quick access to the beach that is very pretty! and great roomservice, was always very clean.

Not much choice for vegetarians,no meat substitutes especially in the snack bar.Sun-beds can be hard to get at times.

The hotel is looking very attractive, stylish and spacy. But the room was looking quite old, bed was very inconvienient, bath room old and Not pleasant to take a shower.

The food Was excellent, breakfast and dinner! Beach is beautiful!! Bar on the territory of the hotel, Animation stuff very friendly and they are really trying to create nice ibiza atmosphere even despite of corona Times.. Many thanks to reception guys, they were very nice and helpfull..!!!

It’s old guys , simple as that . Rooms are old style , paint chipping off , not clean at all , balcony you can’t close as it’s simply broken , no battery’s in safe , cupboard broken to open it . Our room was finally cleaned night before we went - how ironic . Pool is open from 10:30 to 19:00 so forget your morning swim or evening . We asked for ice cream at pool bar at 6 and staff was rude and told us no he can’t and etc - it’s simple things but this hotel doesn’t get it . Ask for something and you will be told no - , even wine opener - go to bar and ask to open and then you can have it . It’s for old people as music is not the buzz you want to heat . It’s nice - ok it’s not that bad but we were expecting something way more nicer then that and some stuff need to learn when people pay to stay at the hotel to have a nice holiday and when we stay we pay their jobs so they maybe should make some effort . Thanks but not coming back

The room was dirty with hairs on the bed , the air conditioner wasn’t working , one door of the cabinets wasn’t fix was holding it by miracle of God 🤦🏽‍♂️ The hotel need to improve security wasn’t any CCTV in The común areas.

The thing we like was the staff where very friendly and helpful and specially one bartender her name is Gloria she works at the bar
