The room was pretty small. When we opened the two big suitcases on the floor, there was no room to walk around.

The room was quiet and had blackout curtains which was great for such crowded area. The location is great, very central place.

There were steps outside the main entrance ,but I was able to use my walker and use a ramp to exit the hotel at the rear entrance..

The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Checking in was a manual machine, but although a new experience, the staff were extremely helpful with checking us in. Everything was good, so no complaints

Great situation as close to town centre. Good shower and bathroom. Bedroom spacious enough. Staff helpful, particularly with directions and arranging taxis. Beds comfy.

Our room was close to the main staircase and in the evening the smell of fried onions I guess, inundated the room. This took some time to clear out so was a bit of an inconvenience but we were to tired from the trip to bring this up with reception. I suspect we were above the restaurant. Would still recommend the hotel and would still stay here but maybe in a room that's not close to the staircase or above the restaurant.

Hotel was very close to restaurants and is in the city center, walking distance to most sights. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet at night. You have to walk a little bit from the main road but not a big problem.

Nice hotel centrally located, near many food options. Quiet enough despite being in a busy area. Super helpful front desk attendant. The kids loved the breakfast (a bargain!) The room was tight for three of us, but location more than made up for it.

Parking The hotel needs to invest some money to offer parking to its customers. Price The price was high (91€ for a night for a double room with breakfast) but I can understand this was due to high season.

TL;DR: Good choice, most probably I would stay there again. Location The hotel is in a central location. This make it easy to explore the city. Parking There was no parking which made things a little bit difficult. They offer a 10% discount for a private parking so for a whole day it comes to 18€. Breakfast The breakfast was nice. Coffee, juice, cereals, sweets, sandwich, yogurt and maybe some other things that I don't remember. A small improvement (personal opinion) would be to include boiled eggs. Reception The hostess was very kind and helpful. She was speaking English too, which was nice (not very common in Spain).

The location is perfect. Everything is just in walking distance and there are many restaurants just beside the hotel. The room is very clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable I found it really hard to get up in the mornings. They have a cozy nice meditation room also. Although there were many restaurants just beneath my room I couldn’t hear anything, was very quiet at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Would definitely go back.

Our room faced the street where all the restaurants are so there's no chance of sleeping before midnight when they're closed. It was very loud. There are also no shutters like many hotels have, and the curtains don't close right to the end so the room was quite bright even after we turn off all the lights. The heater in our room was very noisy and brought in food smell from outside, so we couldn't have it on And finally the automatic sensor light at the front door is quite annoying! It has quite a wide range in a small room so it got triggered many times unintentionally when the other person is sleeping

Hotel is very modern and location is super convenient to get to the city centre. Beds were comfortable

We liked everything

Everything. The stuff, the cleanness and the location, near to restaurants and pubs (no noisy at night if shut down the window). We were able to checkin very early and I was surprised. Beds are comportable as well.

Lovely hotel, the staff where very friendly and helped us plan the day, they have a self check in machine. We were upgraded to a bigger room, very spacious, comfy big beds with memory foam mattress and pillow, with a mini fridge, the bathroom was very big ! The best thing about this hotel is the location, it is just a few minutes walk to the centre and on the same street with the hotel there are plenty of great restaurants. Easy to take taxis, the reception called and without max 2 min would ne around the corner. Even the shopping centre El Corte Inglés is 4 min walk.
