The lifts are very slow, and one of them was going to -1 in error.

We liked pretty much everything. Here are a few things we liked the most: The big selection of food and the snack bar in between the meals was really good. The kids really enjoyed the miniclub activities, which were for 2 hours daily and the minidisco after dinner. And we loved it too because there was always something for them to do. The location is great, providing an amazing view of the ocean and the coast; you also have shops at walking distance and bus stops nearby, which made it easy and cheap to travel to main attractions. The staff was very helpful with everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel for families with kids.

Towels in the spar were very smelly ( fabric conditioner), couldn’t use them,this was a minor problem,we bought 2 from the market.

The ventilation did not work in our bathroom, I don't know if it's the same in other rooms, it was not a problem for us as tourists, but I think that for them as hosts it affects the longevity of the bathroom.

Cleanliness in the hotel is very good, I like how they take care of the environment and reduce the amount of plastic, the rooms are spacious and contain everything you need for a pleasant vacation. the hotel has a very nice spa area and every time you can get a new clean towel for the beach for only 1 euro. the food is varied and everything we tried was delicious.

The wather in the heated pools wasnt constant warm in every day. 2 days out of 6 the wather had the right temperature. The rest of 4 days the wather was too cold

The food on offer for all inclusive was beautifully cooked and I have no problems with that, it's the lack of different foods that they didn't offer. We thought for sure there would be more Mediterranean style dishes and other different types of foods. However, we thought it was very much catered to English food and a few other dishes mixed in there. We thought we can get this stuff at home why would we want to eat this on holiday and becuase of this we don't think we would stay all inclusive again but we would definitely stay at the hotel.

Everything, the hotel was very nice and clean. Staff very friendly. All the amenities for all inclusive. Perfect place to stay. The food was lovely and there was loads of food. The separate bar area was great. Lots of choice of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. The spa facilities excellent, I decided to get a relaxing body massage and foot massage which was amazing and very well priced

The hotel advertised a kids club, but there was not scheduled hours to drop kids off — especially if you wanted to do a full day excursion, like other TUI affiliated resorts. The bars did not stay open late, they closed 10-15 mins earlier than advertised, and was not open past 2300. Need more daily activities to keep kids and adults entertained, as well as music playing by the pool all day would be nice. The family room was spacious, but we did not like the constant bugs/ants crawling around all the time. Also, the A/C was horrible. Barely worked at night and woke up sweating every night for 2 weeks. There was a lot of variety for food, but the quality of dinners was sub par. Breakfast was the same most days.

The location was amazing being on the beach and having access to go outside to the beach and feed the fish or walk along the coast. Was a 20-30 minute drive to most places we visited. The staff was amazing and very prompt for cleaning up tables while eating. All the bartenders were amazing…need more of them!

The beds were a little too hard. It took a very long time to get an elevator. There were 3 lifts for the residents and 1 for staff. However, one of the 3 elevators for accommodation did not seem to work and only two were in use. Became long waiting times to get a lift. The elevators did not seem to be properly programmed either.

Paid for all inclusive during our stay which was worth the money. We got a room on the 8th floor with a great view! The pool was heated and was cooling but not too cold. Friendly staff and good food. Extra plus for the woman at the bar in the evening. She was nice and very service-oriented.

There is clearly an issue with hygiene or contamination, given the number of reviews citing this type of illness, and our experience being the same. This is a great shame as apart from this the hotel is excellent. However, when staying in a hotel, you do not expect it to make you violently ill. For this reason I would not return.

The hotel was excellent in many ways, the facilities were lovely, the staff were without exception kind and courteous, however the holiday was spoiled by sickness, which unfortunately points to an issue of contamination/poor hygiene. In line with many other reviews, we were affected by sickness and diahorrea, which was incredibly unpleasant and meant that several days of the holiday were completely ruined.
