The pool was cold so didn't use it and the buffet breakfast was really not worth it.

The bed wasn't comfortable; we had backaches from it. The pillow was also too soft, providing insufficient cushion support. As it was fall, we had our windows open, and you could hear your neighbour's television noises or surrounding noises.

Loved the location; it was centrally located to the popular places of Barcelona. The train station was only a 5-minute walk too. There are a lot of bus stops nearby as well. So, giving the location a high score. We were also very impressed with the room service; our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. Staff were also very patient in answering our questions, so we had a great stay overall, couldn't ask for more.

I wish they had a restaurant to do room service, or agreed with restaurants nearby for an order delivery service.

The location is great. I didn't have breakfast but the staff were very nice, very accommodating and supportive. The hotel is good value for money.

Hard to say. A more powerful hairdryer?? Maybe a beach outside our window? This place has champagne for breakfast. And candy--lovely dark chocolates. How can anyone really find fault?

The staff upgraded us, unasked, because we were staying a week--off to a good start, and it stayed that way. The front desk staff, the housekeeping team and food service did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Every single person we encountered was friendly and accommodating. Excellent breakfast in a very nice setting with such a nice staff. We felt very welcome. The hotel was very, very clean. We liked that it was eco-minded. Our room was as advertised, but much prettier (and quiet). Just lovely! And the location!!! Wow! Great beds. Comfortable and elegant lobby.

We could not connect to the Wi-Fi much as we tried. I'm sure the staff would have sorted it out for us if we had asked them. However, since we were out mostly, we did not bother and it wasn't really a big issue.

With Casa Batllo, La Pedrera and Sagrada Familia just a short walk away, we were thrilled with where the hotel is located. But that isn't all. The surrounding area itself is very nice; with large open spaces, some great restaurants and bars. And the hotel itself is comfortable and quite stylishly designed (we loved the black & white colour scheme). The hotel staff is super professional and very helpful.

Perfect location! Easy access to Casa Bartolo, Casa Mila and Sagrada Famillia. Easy to get to from the airport via the R2N train service. Comfy beds and quiet rooms. Will definitely book the same hotel again!

In fact no big things. Just a suggestion: the wardrobe was fine for me but too small when with 2 people. And I prefer a real shower to a bathtub with a rickety shower valve ...

Clean and quite room with a comfortable bed (the upmost criterium for me for quality) with a filled mini-bar and free bottles of water, very friendly staff (even important), great central location (a nice walk from a great area and close to 2 metro stations).

Sometimes we could hear the metro (we assumed it was that). It wasn’t too loud or disturbing, just recognisable, maybe because our room was on the ground floor.

It was a very cute Hotel which we enjoyed a lot with my friend, they had everything we needed for our 4 nights stay ! I recommend it for people who wants to visit the city and want to be near to the most famous touristic attractions! ☺️ The staff was very helpful on the reception and I would like to mention also the 2 waitresses by the breakfast , they were very welcoming and always smiling! ☺️
