It's not the hotel's fault, but 1st night, I assume it was a drunk man, and he was banging and knocking on everyone's doors at 530am, including mine. Which I didn't feel very safe at that point. Under the beds could have been cleaner

AC would not cool under 24 and finally gave up 2 days before check out. The bathroom was far too easy to flood when having a shower, these things should be checked after any upgrade work as you can see the damaged to the bathroom and door with how often this happens.

It's very noisy at night. Couldn't sleep many nights because of people screaming around: neighbours, in corridors , on the street. Room cleaning is poor. Especially floor cleaning.

Unfortunately the majority of the staff doesn't speak English at all, making a language barrier between them and the customers (in particular cleaners and waiters and waitresses). There is nobody controlling that the swimming pool rules are respected. People smoking even if there are signs almost everywhere against it. People jump in the pool with clothes and flip flops on, this makes the water dirty in no time, and nobody stops them from doing it. The beach umbrellas aren't enough for all the beach beds provided, leaving the majority of the customers without a shadow in the hottest hours of the day. Since the dinners and the lunch cost 18€ and 15€ per person respectively, the drinks should be included which makes the costs of eating at the hotel's restaurant higher than what forecasted/paid

The people in reception are kind and friendly, eager to help you. They speak English fluently making easier the communication. The meals are served as buffet with a huge variety and a great quality of food for each of them. The Spa service is amazing and very relaxing. The girs who manages it is friendly too. She speaks English fluently as well. The beds are soft and comfortable; each room has their air-conditioning system.

The air condition didn't work properly and had to switch off. When I have tried to put it on, started to work fine but suddenly started to make some noise

I liked most of things I have seen but, the room should been (NO SMOKING) as stated on website but the first thing I came across straight away, was the smell of cigarette.

I wish the pool would get warmer during the day however it remained very cold for the duration of our stay. I also wish the pool was open a little longer. There is no free WiFi surrounding the hotel and no irons in the rooms.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The balcony was nice. The shower was spacious and the bathroom clean. The staff were very friendly and the entertainment team did a good job of creating an atmosphere. The lobby area is very relaxing and comfortable to chill out in. We were able to request a later check out time.

Great location, pleasant staff, and good food with lots of different choices. Quiet neighborhood, the beach is on 7 to 10 min of walking and the promenade stretches along the entire beach.

The swimming pool is in desperate need of a good clean, dead bugs all floating on top and scum has formed so I think it's actually a health risk to go near it.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, they are a credit to the hotel. Very comfortable beds and not on main strip so quiet enough which is what we wanted but only 15 min walk to the strip. The bedrooms are cleaned daily but I asked for every second day as I found daily unnecessary. However the staff did give fresh towels everyday and couldn't have been more helpful

Food was good, great choices however we paid for half Board and was told we had to pay for drinks during breakfast and lunch times so wasn’t happy about not being able to have a drink with food when that’s what I thought I had paid for as from over experiences

Nothing wrong except the woman who lead the restaurant team. The lady keep on talking badly about other team members, discussions about internal things. Bullying to some of the team members...there is a big issue there that needs to be sorted internally. She keeps on discussing internal things in front of clients. There is no meal that I didn't hear staff moaning or talking bad about others. Honestly, that lady is a cancer and I don't doubt that anybody wants to work there.

Nice facilities, nice room and nice environment in general. Fair price for the value offered.
