Bathroom was a bit old and not enough hangers in the wardrobe, found breakfast hot items not to be as hot as should have been. No Iron or ironing board in room. Pool area had too many sunbeds and was rather shaded.

Great location, great staff, bar area and entertainment was good over new year as was the gala dinner . Pool towels included, and a lovely pool area.

Fantastic location, very welcoming staff, great selection of breakfast items in the buffet and great pool area. Overall I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a break right off the beach in Los Cristianos

Wifi connection in the room especially at bed was not that fast. Both reading lights by the bed are on or off at the same time, only one separate reading light. This can be a problem if travelling with someone. Bed duvet was quite thin, perhaps extra blankets are available upon request, I came late and left early so I just turned on the heating. For info: hotel is next to harbour where the ferries leave, their horns can be loud.

Very friendly staff, quite beautiful interior design (white), lots of different foods at the breakfast, even mimosas. Room had everything you could hope for, plenty of storage space and small fridge (minibar), good air conditioning and nice balcony. Bed pretty comfortable, firm but not too hard, few different kind of pillows. Airconditioning/heating in the room working very well. Pool towels in the room. Hotel has sun beds also on 2 roof terraces.

From arrival, we were delighted with our choice of hotel. The reception staff were very welcoming and took the time to engage with us - the welcome drinks were also very welcome! Our room, which was that of a sea view, was perfect for two people with daily bottled water and daily coffee provided. The breakfast was plentiful and the made-to-order omelets were yum!! There was never a problem getting a bed by the pool and everything was so relaxed. I would highly recommend this hotel for those wanting a relaxing holiday.

The staff are very friendly and professional, upgraded us to a sea view room at no charge for a 2 day stay and allowed us a late checkout. The hotel is adults only and caters for the mature market, entertainment could be improved. We stayed half board the food fayre has good options and there are many live stations cooking at breakfast and dinner. There is a lovely outside area to enjoy your meals. Has an excellent pool which is over 2m deep in parts, could be a problem for some and it needs to be heated, was hardly used by guests but didn't stop me. The area around the pool is cramped, and the wellness centre and gym is a very small area and there was no staff to book a massage. Was a good stay made some great friends and the hotel is clean and safe and affords easy access to Los Cristanios which has many restaurants and options. Will again return for a short stay.

We have stayed previously, just for one night on each occasion. It is perfect for a stay prior to travelling by ferry to La Gomera and the hotel makes for a comfortable stay in Tenerife

The hotel is lovely, with friendly and welcoming staff, nice big room, good facilities and a very pleasant ambience. The buffet evening meal and breakfast had absolutely everything you could want, we wished we were staying more than one night!

Unfortunately we didn’t had the best room (222).It’s on the backside overlooking the car park ,and a bit noisy because of machinery’s.
