Large, comfortable room and bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. Small dogs allowed. Parking outside hotel (15 euros). Convenient location - only about 15 minutes walk to the city centre.

It would have been good to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with maps etc. Handy that we could leave our bag and visit the city. The room was very clean with a super comfy bed and the extra bathroom toiletries were very useful. The breakfast was very tasty with a great selection of cheeses/meats/cereals and cakes.

Just a heads up there are no eatable restaurants around the hotel. Burger King is the best option! We did a pizza Glovo delivery to our room

The room was super big and so comfortable. The bath, shower and bath products were lovely. The breakfast was fantastic. We had our little dog with us. 20€ fee per night. Loved it and will definitely stay again.

The gps directs to the hotel parking lot. The hotel entrance is difficult to locate.

This hotel is my wife's favorite!! It is beautiful, it is close to the historical places, the restaurant by the hotel is good and the breakfast is also good. I highly recommend this hotel in Toledo!

The hotel has an impressive hall and reception area. The room was warm, and clean. The bathroom and shower were good. Most guest would like to know about few things when looking for hotels to stay. Firstly location. It was about 15 minutes walk to Toledo. Secondly car park: The hotel has its own small underground car park for 12€ a day. However, if you prefer, there is a free public car park 150 metre down the road from the hotel’s entry car park but it is up hill struggle to the hotel so it is recommended to drop the language off at the hotel first. Thirdly, the temperature control of the air conditioning unit. The room was comfortable and we did not need to use the air condition unit but it seemed the temperature has been set by the hotel so we had no control over it. Fourthly noise: It was quite and very relaxing. Fifthly the bed: It was very confortable, with extra pillows. The room has everything you need. Sockets, lights, WiFi and TV but we never turned the TV on. Our room was on the 2nd floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than expected. I would have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful hotel.

I am a regular customer at this hotel. The customer service is always impecable. This time Ana Maria and Susana were great in their customer service, going out of their way to help out with extra information and requests. I also like the high standard of cleanliness. The deco is also nice, especially the entrance i find the dome impressive and also like the paintings.

Lovely hotel with spacious comfy rooms. It's located just outside the old city walls which makes the price more affordable and although the walk is an additional 10mins, compared to if you stayed within the city walls, the walk is very pleasant and plenty to see on your way into the tourist area. Such as the old gates which you may not see if staying within the old city, plus it's all down hill on your way back after an evening meal.

Everything was great, my only comment here was that you had to go outside the hotel to get drinking water for the room. I understand with COVID there is no mini bar, but surely water should be available to buy at reception.

It is 15 minutes walking from the old city, but it's not a big deal for ua. If you're into walking, that would not be an issue.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast was reach and tasty, the way to enter the hotel with a car was convenient.

We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Good, secure and reasonably-priced parking for our car. A short and pleasant walk into the old walled city. The room was spacious and comfortable and everything was clean and in good condition.
