We loved everything. I can’t find any negatives.

We loved everything most of all the comfy bed. It’s a beautiful hotel with a grear atmosphere right in the middle of Barcelona. Staff is excellent. The hotel exceeded our expectations and felt more like a five star hotel.

Unfortunately due to the current drought in Barcelona we were unable to use the spa. Obviously that isn’t the hotels fault but advance notification would’ve been useful.

Large comfortable bed, very clean throughout. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Excellent location to explore the city on foot and public transport. Lots of choice for breakfast. An excellent hotel we would definitely go back.

The shower/ bath in our room was extremely slippery - you had to take care at all times.

Beautiful hotel and superb service from the staff. Great buffet breakfast. You should definitely go up to the roof terrace, even if the pool is shut because of the drought. Unbelievably comfortable beds!

The staff was professional and polite. The location was superb, being right on La Rambla. The room was immaculate and quiet, with a stunning view overlooking La Rambla. Breakfast was a delicious assortment of fresh fruit, meats, eggs, juices, and coffee. I really couldn't have asked for a more exquisite experience.

When we arrive we were told about the pool being closed I feel like this should have been addressed before arrival.

Nothing to add here. This was as close to perfect as I could ask for.

Great location, very comfortable room, attentive staff, good spa & exercise room. The breakfast is quite good, but I prefer the coffee at Buenas Migas a short walk away. But I recognize that using Nespresso machines is a necessity for a large hotel! (Not everyone is as picky as I am about my coffee!)

The drainage smell but that’s a problem through La rambla. It’s easily ignored because the hotel smells good.

Perfect location on La Ramblas , very friendly staff , room was spotless, spacious & very comfortable , great rooftop bar in hotel & pool which we did not use as we visited in February when it was just a bit too cold! Will definitely stay again :)

The hotel is so central, room was upgraded on arrival and a nice touch the evening before we left with a bottle of prosecco in room. We did arrive early but got a complimentary drink in the rooftop bar with panoramic views of the city.

Room was nice but had a loud water pipe by the bed. The hotel staff moved us to another room quickly, but the new room was smaller and not as nice.

Our room was a little tired in places, with some mould in the bathroom and paint that needed touching up on some cracks in the wall. Side, tables was a little old have water stains.

Great location in the heart of the city. Comfortable room, will nice facilities. Staff were very pleasant. Made a nice effort for our anniversary, with balloons, complimentary bottle of fizz and a little cake.

Nothing… it was all excellent!!

Above all, the staff was beyond excellent and our expectations. THANK YOU! Breakfast was well worth it. Large variety, and delicious Assortment of beverages, foods, and pastries. The pool spa was very relaxing after touring the city. Excellent location. Easy to get to with the airport express bus. Will definitely stay here again, and refer this place to my friends. Thanks again to the amazing staff.
