I wasn't able to get the TV or the AC unit in the room to turn on. Luckily I was there for the beach and the cool breeze was perfect! Parking is also a challenge but you'll have a better chance near the water.

The location is excellent. I enjoyed having my balcony door open for a cool breeze and to hear the sound of the waves breaking on the beach! Staff were kind and offered coffee and a light breakfast each morning. The location is very walkable.

Hotel La Mirada is in a strategic position, just few minutes far from Tarifa downtown I was in third floor and the big terrace is very beautiful with a stunning view of the sea, where Mediterranean Sea and Atlantic Ocean meet together. The room is essential but clean. The staff is kind and polite The only suggestion I have is to improve the quality and choice of the breakfast

Basic but very comfortable hotel outside the old town but just a short walk away and not far from the beaches. We had a room on the top floor which had a big communal terrace outside with a great outlook out over the town to the sea. Staff were friendly and let us check in early as the room was ready. Very good value for money. Would stay here again.

Pillows could have been better. Safe initially didn’t work and took some time to figure out that it was malfunctioning.

We came to this hotel in the middle of the night when we were flooded out of other accommodations. The staff was very helpful in getting us settled into a temporary room they had available and held our luggage the next morning while we were out as we had to move to a different room that we had been able to book online in the midst of our evacuation from the flooded property for the second night. We were very grateful for their assistance in our time of need and wish we had simply booked their hotel from the start.

The hotel is located in a calm area of Tarifa, very close to the local bullring arena, and less than 5-minute walking to the beach, which I could see from the small balcony of my room. Parking wasn't an issue at all, as the receptionist let me park my car in the small reserved space right outside of the hotel. My room was big enough for one person, with a large bed and a small balcony, and I was very much satisfied with the overall cleanness. I didn't experience any disturbance during the night, as my room was in a quiet corner of the hotel. It was just a one-night stop, and I'd go back in case of a longer stay in the future.

The only suggestion I have, is for the money, I wished the air conditioning in the room worked better. It was very hot while I was there, and it's the reason I didn't stay one more night. It never really cooled the room.

The location was very nice and since I had stayed there before ,I knew what to expect. The staff is very nice and helpful, and I would stay there again if in the area.

Some noise from other traveler’s. Not the hotels fault. TV no English speaking channels. Needs some cosmetic upgrade. Some insects seen.

The side next to the street is noisy until midnight with a lot of motorbikes passing by. Windows lacks sound proofing.

Location is close to bus station. Bed is comfy. Breakfast bufee was just fine, they do a sandwich for you, coffee, juice and offer fruits. Stuff speaks good English. Value for money. Though still very good for a small town. Roof top terrase has a great view on the beach.

Having to leave ....

The room was very good - and I liked the small balcony - the issue was noise outside until well in to the early hours - which is outside the control of the hotel. Location - very close to the beach, which was one of the attractions for me - the town is a delight and if I had more time I would like to stay for longer .... easy to walk up to the shops and the delight of the old town, absolutely charming all round Chocolate cake for breakfast - what more can I say, a real treat for me. Reception helped with the bus timetable for my return travel ... the tourist information facilitiy was excellent, good info and a map!
