Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location is great, the staff is courteous, the bed was comfortable and the property was immaculate. It was also one of the cheapest options we could find in the center. This is a nearly perfect location if you want to be in the old city and yet still feel you are staying somewhere a bit quieter and more authentic.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. There are bars, cafes and restaurants around, including places where you can get breakfast. The hotel is very near Arc de Triomf where there is a metro and bus stops. Placa Catalunya is a longer walk but OK. Beware, thieves operate in the area. It wouldn't put me off staying there again, you just need to be aware and don't wear expensive jewellery or walk around with your phone in your hand.

CroatiaI traveled with my wife and we both really liked Hotel Musik. Cezar welcomed us at check-in, told us everything we needed to know and much more which immediately left a great impression before we even spent time at the hotel. Rooms were very clean and tidy and factor x were bluetooth speakers embedded into the ceiling that you can easily connect to your phone/laptop/ipad... Breakfast was nicely served and combined everything you need to start a great day in Barcelona! Check-out is at 12pm..no worries, you can leave your baggage at the hotel and wander around the city a little more :)

United KingdomThere is so much graffiti around. It really brought the location down. There is such beauty in the location but the sheer amount of graffiti really made it look undesirable. It wasn't done in an artistic fashion just meer criminal damage that seems to not have had any attempt to be cleaned off by the local council. Even its beaches have tons of graffiti. I mean you can over look it but such a shame. I know parts of London are bad but this did make for a negative impression. There is a lingering bad smell around in the main streets. It smelt like sewage, however currently there are lots of road works etc going on. Otherwise everything else I cannot fault.
The hotel was lovely couldn't fault it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty too. The location was great for getting to all the sight seeing locations via foot such as The Ramblers, The Musical Fountain etc. The choice of restaurants was also very good.

Beautiful small boutique hotel in the middle of the Gothic Quarter in Barcelona! Small but perfect rooms and they are called 'Musik' hotel for a reason: you can connect your device to bluetooth in the room and listen high quality to your own music :). Very friendly staff who gave me some tips about the museums in the neighbourhood and other activities in the city. Good breakfast as well!
