Hard beds, room so minimal it was tending towards cheap,.... spotless but not even a comfortable chair. There were health and safety issues in the bathroom, just a glass half screen on shower if you slipped in shower there was absolutely nothing to grab unto. I was looking forward to eating the paella but each time it was crispy and overcooked., so disappointing.

Plenty of variety at mealtimes catering for all European tastes. I didn't use the two pools but everything looked well maintained. Nice lounge with evening entertainment most evenings. A bus stop directly opposite the hotel, takes you right into town centre. "Must do " activities are the land train Rosas express, beautiful scenery especially Puig Rom trip, A boat trip , I missed my boat to Cadaques ( told it is beautiful but I had another lovely boat trip , to see fish from glass bottomed boat. Trips were not expensive. I travelled alone, but met lovely helpful people.

The room was on the 8th floor and had really bad wifi connection. Instead of giving us a new room on a lower floor , we had to wait until the technician came the next morning at 11 am, even though we said we started working from the hotel that day at 8 am. Asked for a couple's bed on the reservation and was given 2 single beds. Small room with a mini table to work in. Not a good quality/price trade

The room for 3 was a bit tight and cramped. Also, depending on what time of day/night you go to the front desk, you might get someone who understands you or someone who doesn’t. They need a bit more language consistency amongst the staff.

This hotel is located in a great spot. Can walk to everything! The staff was nice and the live entertainment was also fun. The breakfast was also okay. Had something for everyone. Restaurants and beach within walking distance.

Breakfast room is super crowded, which makes it very noisy specially if you’re near the area where the staff is handling the dirty plates/cuttleries.

Restaurant dining is not the best . Far from that, actually.

The staff is very professional and kind. Cleanliness of the room. By the way, rooms are renewed with clean decoration. Air conditioning works great. Bed is comfy. Breakfast is fair enough. Few minutes from the beach and restaurants. Good value for money.

Very difficult to find a parking place in the area in full season. The parking of the hotel is very small so obviously is full almost all the time and it could not be booked in advance. Breakfast could be more diversified and in general the meals could be much tasty (for some dishes there was missing salt&pepper).

Good location, not far from the beach. Very clean and confortable rooms. All the requests made during booking process regarding the room were accomplished.

The buffet breakfast, although a lot of choices, the quality of the ingredients was very poor. Pillows were very hard and you could hear a lot of noise from inside the bedroom, people talking next door etc. Only 2 lifts for so many rooms is just not enough, after breakfast or check out time you have to wait 10 min to be able to get one.

It's quite a basic hotel, rooms are ok with balcony and big bathroom. Very clean and only 5min walk from the beach. Also lots of free parking all around

The parking. We had to street park on each of the days we stayed and finding a space was very difficult. You couldn’t pre book parking spaces and there never was a space when we asked at Reception, the car park was very small. This situation should have been made clear on booking.

The hotel is perfectly situated for the beach and restaurants. The rooms are clean and well kept. The balcony view at the front of the hotel looking at the mountains and boats was amazing. The pool staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was good and the waiting staff were great.

I understand it's necessary but stopping the air-conditioning when opening the door of the terrace wasn't comfortable.

We didn't stay in the pool but the room was perfect and we used the buffet for lunch and everything was correct.

Amazing location to get around Costa Brava with a car, had a fridge which Wes essential and a good breakfast with gluten free options. We loved the balcony and the short walk from Roses
