As some of the other reviews say it is very noisy, not just outside noise if you want to sleep with the windows open (which isn’t the hotels fault) but the internal corridors if anyone is walking down them you will hear everything they say, and the hotel room doors are so loud when they are closed with Guests slamming doors at all hours.

Nice rooms, small but everything you need., the bed was big and selection of pillows (2x soft, 2x firm) Asked for a travel cot and there was one in our room ready for us. Lots of clean towels, shampoo and shower gel was also provided. Water and refreshments were also supplied to our room which was great.

View from the window to the patio means that you see the window of neighbor's room at a distance probably 3 meters. There was not enough fresh air. Next time I'll book another room, but at this hotel!

The quirky decoration and chic vintage vibrant feel. The terrace was so beautiful. The honesty bar and lit corridors. All was so atmospheric. Even the toiletries were funny. I absolutely loved my stay here!

The breakfast could do with vegan options.

This has become my go-to hotel in Barcelona (second stay). It's located in a quiet, central part of Eixample and a mere 15-minute walk from the Sants train station. The common areas are comfortable, peaceful, nicely decorated (love the chic/hipster vibe), and accessible (an "honest bar" and coffee and water are available in the lounge area), and the terraces are great. Wonderful for reading or concentrating on work. It is hard to imagine busy Barcelona is so nearby. The room -albeit small- had good lighting, and a good view, and the bathroom was comfortable, clean and spacious. Adequate closet space.

The first night of my arrival (on 31 Dec 2023 at 11 PM) there was a gentleman in the reception who behaved respectfully towards the guests. However, on the last day of my stay (on 5 Jan 2024 at 8 AM) I was checking out and there was a young lady with glasses who rudely treated us and I would like to complain about her. She asked me about the number of breakfasts we had during our stay and I told her that the breakfast was included in my booking through booking.com, and I said: "wasn't it included?" She said: "That's why I'm asking", I took my phone to show my reservation details in the Booking.com app where the breakfast was written as "included" and I kept my phone in front of her face to see it, she refused to see it on my phone and she was rudely staring at another corner. I'm not sure, if that's a trick to charge the guests for something that was included in their reservation by asking them randomly, maybe some people don't remember if the breakfast was included and she would charge them as an additional service! I told her that I knew my breakfast was included in my reservation, and I avoided paying extra. I think it's time for her to change her profession, she doesn't fit that amazing hotel.

The Breakfast was good, except the hot dish, it included the same thing every day, I personally did not like the egg they made. It looked like jelly. I would recommend boiled or fried eggs. The cheese was perfect though.

The room was big and cheaper than a smaller one we have booked before. The bathroom was the same a bit small but ok. It is a super simple hotel or basic as its name is. They let us leave our luggage for some days that was super helpful.

The extra space in the room could have been better used. Very little extras provided for a 'superior' room - for example, no dressing gowns and no tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom was a bity poky and needed renovation...it was looking very jaded. The corridors in the hotel are very dark looking.

The room was spacious and clean and, most importantly, the hotel is in an excellent position not far from Plaza d'Espana. The staff were helpful and friendly.
