They need to replace the bed and mattress. And I have a work meeting call is going on. And constantly the staff was call to the room trying to get out us from there to make a change. Not a problem. But in my opinion that could be done after we checked out from the room next morning

Double bed was not double, but put together from two small beds. Found trash in room at arrival. There was a noise inside a wall, like some fan was running every few minutes. Faucet on the wall was broken. A bit pricey for what you get.

I like the location even its far from the city but there is a train station near the hotel.and there is a cinema groceries everything u need is there....it was an excellent experience the room was big and clean.

The hotel would need a renovation particularly of the interior. Litlle bit noisy due to a train track nearby. So better window sealing would help.

I checked in and paid online to save time, but when I got to the hotel the lady on reception said I had not check in or paid, it took me 10 minutes to provide evidence that I did eventually she check again on her system and agreed that I had paid already, she could have done this before rather than asking me to pay again and talking copy of my passport when I had already uploaded them. Not a good experience on check in she should not be on reception and did not even say sorry once. The manage was great the next day and gave us free breakfast. Not even one English speaking channel or the option to convert back to the original channel, not good when advertising satalite channels

It was only a bit noisy in the evening because there were classes in the fitness centre opposite. But it was quiet at night. The pool could have used some cleaning, we did not want to use it.

The staff was super nice. We got a travel cot for our baby without having paid for it. The bathroom was modern and the room was really good, contrary to many other reviews.

The train service is tricky. You can end up easily in the wrong destination at first. It's important to know the times of the last trains on weekdays and public holidays, or you may end up paying for unplanned taxis. There's not much happening around the hotel, and you feel you're in a dormitory town.

It's quite far from the city center. The R3 train is not on time and confusing all the time.

The staffs and local people there are friendly. There is a supermarket downstair. There are also coffee shops and restaurant in the same area which are very convenient.

It is a little ways out of Barcelona and the trains only run every 30 minutes (and sometimes less), so make sure to plan ahead for this. There were some pool hoggers so we didn't get much of a chance to use it, but was nice.

Friendly staff at check in and security staff when we needed some help. Room was a good size and clean and tidy. Bathroom was great too.

Breakfast was awful, tasteless pancakes and basically everything else. I definitely did not expect that from a 4 star hotel. Also, noise from the trains were quite loud, so if you prefer a quiet sleep, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Our room was nice and clean. Enjoyed the swimming pool as well. Staff on the reception was friendly and polite. Near the train, so it wasn't too difficult to get to the city, even though the trains don't run as often.

Staff was great. The man at the reception was very friendly, we had to change hotel last minute. The reception put a smile on our faces again and gave us free water. Also, a lot of information about the city and handing out timetable for trains into the city. Breakfast was great!

A bit oldish furniture but all was clean.

Close and handy to attend the f1 circuit, quiet neighborhood, with shops and cafe close by . Nice breakfast buffet

we came for the F1 and unfortunately there is no train line directly from this hotel to the circuit so just bare this in mind when booking, a cab was around €25/30 to the circuit from the hotel! But obviously this is no fault of the hotel just poor planning from myself!
