If you have small babies maybe request a room not facing the pool as the entertainment at night goes quiet late 11.30/12 so if you have kids that have earlier bed times etc can be difficult to get them to sleep.

Good Location, excellent for older kids good entertainment etc. Very clean and friendly staff nothing too much hassle. Would recommend very close to beach/shops/restaurants etc.

Within the rooms, there was a constant banging that went off around every half an hour that continued to disturb myself and the babies throughout there sleep. The food was okay but nothing special and limited options. Most staff members did not understand basic English and even trying to order a drink was extremely difficult

It was very close to the beach and restaurants/bars. The pools were very clean as were the rooms. It was nice that you could buy breakfast not being all inclusive.

The location isn't great and it's nearly impossible to get a taxi. About a 40 minute wait. The bus services are good but had I known I would've gone more central salou. There are shops and the beach very close by.

Hotel was lovely, perfect for just myself and daughter. Very family friendly. Pool was nice and not too packed most days. We were half board and the food really was perfect. A different cuisine buffet every evening and lots of variety for the breakfast. There are shows every night for the kids, mostly in Spanish but still fun and a nice atmosphere for families. Room was nice and comfortable.

The entertainment for kids at night time was very Spanish oriented. The kids didn't really know what was happening cause of this. You can also hear a lot from rooms beside and underneath/above you especially in the morning times.

We had a room just on front of the scene, so we was able to sleep only after midnight. We had no possibility to eat at the hotel as the restaurant was full and they had no possibility to upgrade from just room to the all inclusive.

Mini aqua park, personal in reception was always helpful.

Maybe as a suggestion to put more tables with sea view for 4 people instead of 6 people,because we were with 4 and we were not allowed to stay near the window with sea view.

A bit hectic for the all inclusive meals. We were off peak but in the very high season it might be chaotic.

Breakfast was very busy but to be fair, they do have signs advising quiet & busy time..... which we noticed afterwards!

The room was as crequested pool facing, plenty of storage & comfortable beds. Bathroom included shower gel, body lotion, dental kit, comb, tissues etc. As well as a rain shower.; a nicevtouch when we had come from self carering. Entertainment for young kids in the evening & during the day. Plenty of free sunbeds & umbrellas.

Love this hotel great pool, lovely rooms can be a abit small but they always are ,didn't spend much time in it .We were all inclusive food was good went out for dinner once just for somthing different can be abit samey.We found all staff to be lovely and helpful .

Lack of bidet in all rooms; lunch timetable has to be started at noon , due to the large amount of foreigner guests, as well as to avoid 2-hour slot only (1300-1500) crowding ; food not exactly at the Best 4-star Hotel standards (maybe it's just a 3-star for this reason); anyway great stay

Kids swimming pool, provided with 7 slides; kids entertainment indoor daily and from the stage on nights; cocktail bar; room and pools cleaning; professional reception; free parking in the nearby (a good one is big and along the Pineda beach strip); bus to Tarragona/Salou center/Cambrils very close; great value for money in June.

Lobby bathrooms were quite dirty every time I used them. They should be cleaned at least 2-3 times a day. I booked a full board where drinks weren’t included which I understand. But to charge 2.20€ for a bottle of water for every lunch and dinner is absolutely ridiculous!!!!! That’s 25€ spent just on water in 5 days. Pools weren’t heated which for the end of September where the weather isn’t that hot anymore, is a must. Kids were freezing and didn’t enjoy themselves at all. Some of the dinning room staff were quite rude and not willing to help out when asked. it was disappointing.

close proximity to the beach . bus stop was just 5 minutes walking distance . entertainment was decent for the kids and the pools were fun. cleaning ladies came every morning making sure to tidy up the room and the reception staff was more than accommodating. Thank you

The consistency with breakfast could be improved, the type of sausage served, maybe offer two types, to suit Spanish & U.K. guests. The cleanliness in the hotel bathrooms both guest rooms & public rooms require more attention on a daily basis.

I'd suggest having some bathroom facilities as shower cap a cup for toothbrushing in bathrooms. There traditional problems with understaffed restaurant and poor cleaning quality, not sure if it can/willing to be fixed. After room service there are always tons of sand left on the floor, so it's not a case to walk barefoot, only in flip-flops. Restaurant is suffering during the times of heavy load, but it's great that hotel tries to manage the queues and have the informers of the load times everywhere.

The hotel is good for 3 stars and it's price i guess. The staff is good and welcoming. The location is very good - close to the beach and bus station in both directions. I was not expecting much, but wasn't frustrated. The food is good and different varieties, themed dinners, Carlos was amazing chef on breakfasts - thank you for being nice, welcoming and your delicious tortilla and crepes!

There didn't appear to be enough staff on for the bar and the restaurant.
