This is a 2-star apartment complex and that is what you get. Nothing fancy. Staying over the Christmas period is way too expensive, and I definitely didn't get value for money. You can book this place in June for more than half the price. The beds are not very comfortable, and the pillows are quite bad. You can hear people coughing and talking in the other apartments. The WiFi is not good. The signal is weak inside the apartments. Our friends stayed on a different floor and had the same issue. The towels have been washed so many times that the fabric is no longer soft and sometimes the threading starts to unravel. The bathroom could benefit from a renovation. The sun loungers by the pool have seen better days and the bar is not a place you want to get a drink. Only one elevator seemed to be working in the building, which, in covid times, is not good. Nobody seemed to be enforcing any Government rules regarding masks indoors, which is disappointing.

The location is really good because it's about 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. There are other shopping centers within a 15 min walk, where you can also find a laundromat, which comes in handy if your stay is long and you need to do laundry. There is a supermarket right next door (although a very expensive one. Mercadona is about 20 min walk). There is a bus stop 5 min away from where you can get a fast bus service to the airport or buses to other parts of the island. The pool is nice and is south-oriented so it gets sun all day. It's not a busy area so there is no noise from traffic. The kitchenette has everything you need to make some meals, and the balcony is rather big so that you can have dinner outside. They provide a hairdryer, which is handy. They clean 5 times a week and change towels 3 times a week. There is someone at reception 24/7. The cleaners are very nice as are the receptionists.

The only thing that bothered me a lot was very strong cigarette smoke smell in the room. I have previously visited friends who stayed in this hotel and experienced the same problem. I suggest management offer non-smoking rooms. These days it's must to have.

A well run hotel from the golden sun-days of Playa Ingles. Great value for money, good facilties in apartment with a balcony overlooking the pool, quiet athmospehre,, easy to get to both beach and shopping, reacahble by buses.

Cigarette smoking smells from other terraces, wish the complex would have been totally non smoking Sound traveled easily, could hear other people's voices and would have liked enforced low voice no party hours. Now you can't avoid that if it comes from other buildings around and this one is in the middle of at least 3 or 4 other buildings A few more and better plates, cups, and cutlery would have done service but dishwasher for hand washing was available

The wi fi connection, it kept dropping out nearly every mid evening and didn't really improve. Couldn't use it in the bedroom, had to be nearer the pool area to use it successfully

Extremely hot building, no AC or fans and difficult to ventilate. Definitely not one for those who struggle with the heat at night (like me) - perhaps worth paying a bit extra for somewhere with better ventilation and cooling.

Great poolside apartment with terrace and direct access to pool. Good location and easy to get to from airport bus.

Rooms are decent given it is a two star hotel. But certain things in the kitchen and bathroom could be improved.

Facilities are great for the price. The place has a swimming pool and every room has a pool view. Lively place that can be recommended for youngsters. Old people might find it to be a bit noisy.

It was not stated that the parking on property is for an extra fee, there was no laundry place even though it is said that there is one, the apartment was clean-ish, the bed sheets were washed, but still stained by blood and some other substance, the pillows were different on both beds, not the most comfortable ones, the restroom fan was not working, also the shower area wasn’t properly cleaned, no hotel soap shampoo whatsoever, no cleaning stuff from them. And it’s also pretty noisy.

It was close to the beach, a 5 minute walk. The swimming pool area is pretty ok, the pool was clean.
