Room seemed small, no sunshine could reach us as it was located in a corner of the building. Food was ok but nothing amazing. TV signal was abit touch and go. Bathroom was dated and had rust on the side.

Good location, nice swimming pool and staff were helpful. Soundproofing was ok even when there was activities going on in the evening outside.

Sometimes there was a bad smell of drains around the pool and sometimes the toilets could have been cleaner, especially the one by the pool. The evening entertainment wasn't very varied as it was mostly singers which can get a bit boring. It's also very loud until 11pm which didn't bother us but if you like an early night I'd recommend requesting a room not facing the pool

The staff are what makes this hotel, I didn't meet one bad employee, everyone was friendly and with a smile from the reception to the housekeeping. The pool bar staff are wonderful especially the man with the glasses, I didn't catch his name but he always made sure we were well looked after. The first room we were allocated wasn't the best as it was a one bedroom apartment style but we prefer the double room with two double beds. We were moved straight away to a lovely room on the fourth floor with a beautiful view of the sea. The food was also very good. We were half board and alternated lunch and dinner. We enjoyed both very much. The restaurant staff are all very on the ball and kind.

Room was very small placed in a corner room so got no sunlight and no real balcony. Food is just ok very much the same stuff every evening.

The pool area was very busy and if you were not by the pool for opening time at 8:45 you wasn`t getting a bed (maybe it was because it was easter week!) Also lots of children which didn`t bother us too much as we have holidayed when our children were young but if you want a relaxing day by the pool maybe not the hotel for you. The breakfast although there was plenty of choice all the hot food was luke warm bordering cold.

The rooms were very comfortable and modern and we had a beautiful view from the 6th floor, the location was good and close by to everything. All staff we came across were extremely polite (except the life guard)

Horrible drain smell in rooms and corridors and leisure areas. Extremely noisy till gone 11pm at night. Very disappointing food for vegetarians not enough vegetables or choices.

The shows in evening could have been better. Nothing realy standed out. And the kids zone is not really suited for small children. They had one box with broken toys. So that could have been better.

The view was amazing from the balcony inside aswell. Staff was friendly as we where staying with a 1yr old. Helping out as much as possible. Good place to stay.

A antibiotics hand gel would be appreciated by reception and .by the snack bar (high away from children). Tea and coffee in the room. There are cups and a kettle, but I think you need to call reception to have tea amd coffee. Maybe if the room attendants could supply this.

The welcome at reception was warm and professional. The self-service bar was a great start, and we were allowed to access full facilities before our room was ready. We were also pleased at the check out as we were again allowed to use the facilities until we left for our evening flight. Given the size of this hotel and the number of guests, all of the shared restrooms were immaculate. Ie pool area and reception. The restaurant staff were amazing. The hard work at such a fast turnover was noticed. The restaurant head waiter was funny and very nice. There is so much choice at the best. Food/drinks/snacks. We stayed all-inclusive. The location is close to the shops and the beach is also within walking distance .just a short walk through a couple of safe alleys/walkways, which are well lit with lots of people going about their business. The rooftop terrace is a hack. Utterly amazing. They have ample beds and loungers. Just the place if you want to get away from the party atmosphere and children. It's a real chill out zone with full sun and amazing views. Best take your camera for those great selfie poses.!!

People are allowed to claim sunbeds but some people claimed beds they never came back to which was annoying if you were there all day at the hotel Free weights in the gym are all over 7.5kg 😅

This was our first time at an all inclusive hotel but we didn’t know choose this option. Animations were great fun and facilities were great Reception team were great and there’s an option for late check out

Dinner was find but I would have liked more of the local authentic food for choice.

Breakfast was great. Entertainment was good but if you stay over a week you start to see the same entertainment during the following week.

There is a huge scene in the pool area where the hotel organizes concerts, performances and animation for adults - due to the evening events, taking place every day, the noise in the hotel room was terrible between 9-11 PM. The quality of the food in the restaurant could have been better - mainly meat-based options, very little options for vegetarians, very bad coffee.

The apartment was clean and spacious - ideal option for staying with the family. The swimming pool area is also huge with several sunbeds and special place for kids' animation - our children loved it. Very friendly staff. We also had great terrace with beautiful view on the ocean. Central location in the town - just few minutes from the beach, restaurants and bars.

The bridge across the pool really needs to be sorted out. Either fix it or remove it. It was like this a year ago. There was a small pool that was not filled and looked like it had not been in operation for a while. Maintenance issues are important and reflect negatively on the hotel if they are not attended to.

Very clean and modern. Huge queen size beds. Housekeeping attended every day and did an excellent job. I only had the fruit for breakfast so I can’t really comment on the hot food. Card only hotel. We will visit again.
