The pool is just a small plunge pool, but that's fair enough given the city centre location. The hotel restaurant did delicious food but tiny portions and pretty expensive.

Beautiful hotel in central location. Aircon and beds were fantastic. Rooftop bar lovely. Staff super helpful. Deserves the 5 star rating. Would highly recommend!

Did think the lounge chairs beside the pool looked worn and in need of replacing. Surprising since the standards at the hotel seemed high in every other way.

The staff and service was excellent! Everyone we encountered was professional and personable. Made our visit memorable. I requested help with dinner reservations that were made promptly before we arrived for our stay. Very nice to have that aspect of our visit handled without hesitation.

Really friendly staff who want to help you out as much as possible. The location is fantastic, close to the Gothic Quarter restaurants and bars in abundance and a short walk away. Lots of water in the rooms.

A beautifully designed and comfortable luxury small hotel. But the real thing that sets it apart is the staff who could not do enough to help in a really genuine and friendly way.

The only negative was that there was nowhere to sit in the room to relax and watch TV other than on the bed. The daybed was in a corner facing away from the TV and so really no use at all

The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The welcome (with Cava, chocolate and warm handtowels to freshen up) was lovely. We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and there was a personalised bottle of Cava and snacks waiting for us in our room, which was a very nice gesture.

Not always staff available at the bar areas for you to have a quick drink before dinner. Whilst there are a few different areas to enjoy a drink, only the roof terrace had staff to help you.

Great location that allowed us to walk to most places we went. Very helpful staff who were always able to help us (even with tracking down a lost phone). Lovely view from the roof terrace.

All was perfect.

Fantastic welcome. The moment you walk through the entry door to the hotel makes you feel relaxed and taken care of. I was offered a coffee and a galas of prosecco. I like the hotel style and location is just off the sea.

Nothing - everything was great!

Five star service from the beginning! Room was wonderful, the lounges and terrace spaces were fantastic. So many nice, thoughtful amenities, and the food was great. Exceptional stay!
