The air conditioning unit wasn’t working and it was quite hot although onlyMarch! We raised the issue with the hotel who said they would look into it so would hope that would be repaired by now.

Breakfast and evening meal were both tasty and enjoyable. Room was spacious and clean. The reception staff were lovely and spoke goodEnglish. The outside belies the inside of the hotel. The inside is well laid out and has some interesting features.

Convenient for travelling back and forth from France to Spain. Welcomes dogs which is brilliant. Always have evening meal and breakfast and there is always a nice mixed choice of both hot and cold meals. We stay twice every year and are never disappointed.

Not much. Our room was at the back and there was quite a bit of noise from what sounded like a generator or an air conditioning unit. That’s about it.

We have stayed here many times as it is a perfect place to overnight when travelling to either Bilbao or Santander for the ferries. Last time we stayed the restaurant was poor which we mentioned in previous reviews however something has changed and the restaurant this time was very good. Attentive staff and hot food made our experience a joy! Also, as we now run an electric car, the Zunder chargers at the rear of the hotel were very useful.

The room was overall clean but you can tell that they don't vacuum under the bed or some corners :/

The buffet for dinner is quite good and the wine prices are super affordable for a good quality! Easy Check-in, plenty of space to park even for a big van and close by for any traveller looking to stay somewhere close by the Bardenas desert (30 min drive) at a good price (+/- 60 €)

Plenty of area but not really good for dog walking, all concrete no real grass and lots of old tyres so walking dogs not so good but I suppose we must also appreciate that as well as a hotel the management here are running a twenty four hour truck stop ( good fuel price for fill up) so we have to expect old tyres litter and plastic bottles of urine thrown out by the HgV drivers onto the land adjacent to the truck parking ( which is the only real area you have for dog walking. The hotel don’t say they have a dog walk area so I suppose I am being a little unfair but they do say they are “pet friendly” maybe to make a small investment in changing a small area into a secure dog walk might be an idea for the future.

Good room and excellent staff, we stayed with out two Retrievers and staff were good with them setting us up a table in the cafe section to eat with them but allowing us to walk the small distance to the breakfast room and bringing the food back. Great location (stop) for those travelling to Alicanti, Mercia and beyond with pets.

The choice of raciones in the cafe was a little underwhelming.

I asked for a disabled bedroom but we’re ‘upgraded’ so my husband was unable to use the shower.

Really comfy bed, dogs loved their little packet of welcome biscuits, good breakfast.

food choice in the restaurant was not as good as we experienced when we stayed previously also there was an issue in the restaurant where they tried to charge for the meal where we had previously paid when we booked in.

For the price all good

The location it's right off the motorway we didn't want to be travelling through a city. The hotel was clean, staff very pleasant, dog friendly and our room was very spacious with a massive comfortable bed, we had evening meal and breakfast, it's self service and quite varied, fishes and meats cooked to order, nothing too posh, it had a relaxed feel to it. The hotel is situated near a fuel station and electric points, fuel was very cheap. It's great for a 1 night stay over, which we wanted. Would definitely stay again

Very expensive if you're travelling with 2 dogs. Only one small waste paper bin. It was overflowing with our few items of rubbish.

Friendly receptionist. Nice touch to have the doggie treats but at €10 each dog per night, very expensive. Very comfortable bed, nice bedding and super shower.

We had to ask for towels but an oversight I’m sure and rectify quickly.

Conveniently situated for our journey and close to the motorway. Good facilities, generally the staff were helpful. Room was clean and spacious.

Breakfast Luke warm. Room looked tired - silicone discoloured & coming unstuck around bath. Paintwork damaged. Heating not working well. No extra blanket so cold in bed. In fairness there was a sign to say the hotel was being renovated, probably not reached our room yet.

Just off motorway. Happy to accept dogs & provide a bed & treats! Twenty four hour cafe. Comfy bed. Balcony. Excellent parking.
